Abstract

Urgensi masyarakat untuk melakukan mobilitas akan terus meningkat seiring dengan berkembangnya sebuah kota. Tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi tentunya akan menimbulkan permasalahan jika tidak didukung dengan sistem transportasi yang baik. Munculnya moda transportasi baru seperti kereta cepat di Indonesia merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk melancarkan mobilitas masyarakat. Stasiun Halim yang terletak di Jakarta Timur merupakan salah satu stasiun yang melayani kereta cepat tersebut dengan rute Jakarta – Bandung. Aksesibilitas stasiun Halim harus diperhatikan karena cakupan target penumpangnya yang luas yaitu masyarakat Jabodetabek. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut, tugas akhir ini akan menganalisis kebutuhan parkir dan merencanakan layout fasilitas parkir Stasiun Halim. Dengan direncanakannya fasilitas parkir yang baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan parkir, aksesibilitas Stasiun Halim menjadi tak terbatas dan diharapkan akan semakin banyak masyarakat yang mengkombinasikan kendaraan pribadi dengan moda transportasi umum untuk perjalanan mereka. Data yang dibutuhkan untuk perencanaan fasilitas parkir ini adalah data primer berupa persentase jumlah penumpang kereta cepat yang membawa mobil atau motor dan melakukan kegiatan parkir di Stasiun Halim. Data primer didapatkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Data sekunder, yaitu data jumlah track kereta di Stasiun Halim, kapasitas kereta cepat dan layout lahan parkir eksisting, juga diperlakukan dalam perencanaan ini. Pedoman yang digunakan antara lain “Pedoman Perencanaan dan Pengoperasian Fasilitas Parkir Direktorat Bina Sistem Lalu Lintas Angkutan Kota 1998”, dan beberapa referensi lain yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan parkir. Dari hasil pengolahan data tersebut, fasilitas parkir Stasiun Halim direncanakan terdiri dari taman parkir dan dua gedung parkir. Taman parkir Stasiun Halim mempunyai luas 12485,073 m², dapat menampung 262 SRP mobil ditambah 50 SRP parkir mobil khusus. Gedung parkir A, terdiri dari 11 lantai dengan luas 2600 m²/lantai, dapat menampung 540 SRP sepeda motor dan 644 SRP mobil. Gedung parkir B, terdiri dari 4 lantai dengan luas setiap lantai adalah 6250 m², dapat menampung 834 SRP mobil. Sehingga, untuk kapasitas keseluruhan, fasilitas parkir Stasiun Halim dapat menampung 1582 SRP mobil dan 540 SRP sepeda motor.

The citizen's urgency to carry out mobility will continue to increase along with the development of a city. A high level of mobility will certainly cause problems if it is not supported by a good transportation system. The emergence of new modes of transportation such as High-Speed Train in Indonesia is one of the government's efforts to facilitate people's mobility. Halim Station, located in East Jakarta, is one of the stations that serving High-Speed Train with Jakarta – Bandung as the route. The accessibility of Halim Station must be considered because of its broad target passengers, which is Jabodetabek citizens. To support this, this final project will analyze parking needs and plan the layout of Halim Station parking facilities. By planning good parking facilities and meeting parking needs, the accessibility of Halim Station will be unlimited and it is expected that more and more people will combine private vehicles with public transportation modes for their trips. The data needed for planning this parking facility is primary data in the form of the percentage of fast train passengers who drive cars or motorcycles and perform parking activities at Halim Station. Primary data obtained by distributing e-questionnaires. Secondary data, namely data on the number of train tracks at Halim Station, fast train capacity and existing parking lot layouts, are also needed in this planning. The guidelines used include "Guidelines for Planning and Operation of Parking Facilities, Directorate of City Transportation Traffic System Development 1998", and several other references related to parking planning. From the results of the data processing, the Halim Station parking facility is planned to consist of a parking park and two parking buildings. The Halim Station parking lot has an area of 12485.073 m², can accommodate 262 SRP cars plus 50 SRP exclusive car parks. Parking building A, consists of 11 floors with an area of 2600 m²/floor, can accommodate 540 SRP motorcycles and 644 SRP cars. Parking building B, consists of 4 floors with an area of each floor is 6250 m², can accommodate 834 SRP cars. So that for the overall capacity, the Halim Station parking facility can accommodate 1582 SRP cars and 540 SRP motorbikes.
