Abstract

PT. Nusantara Infrastructute merupakan salah satu mitra yang ikut serta dalam program Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka (MSIB) Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Ada banyak posisi yang ditawarkan kepada mahasiswa dalam program ini, salah satunya adalah Civil Engineering Intern, yang bergabung dengan Engineering and Planning Division. Divisi ini memiliki tanggung jawab dalam hal teknis dan perencanaan pada aset bisnis jalan tol milik PT. NusantaraInfrastructure Tbk. PT. Nusantara Infrastructure merupakan badan usaha swasta yang bergerak di bidang investasi dan operasional infrastruktur di Indonesia. Portfolio dalam bisnis infrastruktur yang dimiliki antara lain, infrastruktur jalan tol, energi terbarukan, pengolahan air bersih, dan pelabuhan laut. Civil Engineering Intern di PT. Nusantara Infrastructure secara garis besar memiliki tanggung jawab dalam menjaga keberlanjutan operasi jalan tol dan pengembangan bisnis aset jalan tol milik perusahaan terutama melalui pemeliharaannya. Dalam proses menjaga keberlanjutan operasi jalan tol, penulis mengerjakan tugas mempelajari SPM 2014, mempelajari kondisi perkerasan jalan tol dengan metode Pavement Condition Index, dan memimpin proyek pengembangan aplikasi penilai kondisi jalan tol (NISA). Dengan kegiatan magang kampus merdeka ini, penulis dapat mendapatkan banyak ilmu dan pengalaman secara professional dalam mengelola bisnis infrastruktur, khususnya di sektor jalan tol. Selain itu juga, penulis mendapatkan pengalaman bekerja terutama dari sisi owner proyek.

PT. Nusantara Infrastructute is one of the partners participating in the Independent Campus Certified Internship program (MSIB) of the Ministry of Education and Culture. There are many positions offered to students in this program, one of which is Civil Engineering Intern, who joins the Engineering and Planning Division. This division has responsibility in terms of technical and planning of the toll road business assets belonging to PT. Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. PT. Nusantara Infrastructure is a private business entity engaged in infrastructure investment and operations in Indonesia. Its portfolio in the infrastructure business includes toll road infrastructure, renewable energy, clean water treatment, and seaports. Civil Engineering Intern at PT. Nusantara Infrastructure in general has the responsibility to maintain the sustainability of toll road operations and business development of the company's toll road assets, especially through maintenance. In the process of maintaining the continuity of toll road operations, the author is working on the task of studying the 2014 SPM, studying toll road pavement conditions using the Pavement Condition Index method, and leading a toll road condition assessment (NISA) application development project. With this independent campus internship, the author can gain a lot of knowledge and professional experience in managing the infrastructure business, especially in the toll road sector. In addition, the authors gain experience working especially from the side of the project owner.
