Abstract
Adapun kesimpulan yang didapatkan dalam kegiatan magang industri ini adalah:
1. Komponen yang diprioritaskan (kritis) berdasarkan dari analisis diagram Pareto
pada nilai RPN masing-masing komponen didalam tabel FMEA.
2. Tindakan pemeliharaan yang tepat pada operasi sistem milling Kondia
menggunakan metode RCM yaitu:
• Magnetik kontaktor Scheduled on Condition Task dengan interval perawatan
selama 360 hari dan dikerjakan oleh mekanik.
• Relay Scheduled on Condition Task dengan initial interval selama 184 hari
dan dikerjakan oleh mekanik.
• Fuse/sekering Scheduled on Condition Task dengan initial interval selama
116 hari dan dikerjakan oleh mekanik.
• Pisau frais Finding failure A Scheduled Restoration Task dengan initial
interval selama 168 hari dan dikerjakan oleh operator.
• Dinamo failure mode 1 Scheduled on Condition Task dengan initial
interval selama 1008 hari dan dikerjakan oleh mekanik.
• Laker Scheduled Restoration Task dengan initial interval selama 1512 hari
dan dikerjakan oleh mekanik.
• Pisau frais finding failure B Scheduled Restoration Task dengan initial
interval selama 672 hari dan dikerjakan oleh operator.
• Dinamo failure mode 1 Scheduled on Condition Task dengan initial interval
selama 1680 hari dan dikerjakan oleh mekanik.
3. Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) perawatan yang direncanakan untuk
aktivitas perawatan aktual adalah sebagai berikut
a) Ketika terjadi kerusakan, operator mematikan mesin dan selanjutnya
menghubungi atau mencari bagian mekanik.
b) Operator melaporkan kerusakan mesin dan bagian mekanik memeriksa
mesin.
c) Identifikasi kebutuhan peralatan dan spare part.88
d) Melakukan aktivitas perbaikan sesuai dengan tindakan yang tepat.
e) Melakukan uji kemampuan produksi dan pengaturan ulang.
f) Mesin kembali beroperasi

The conclusions obtained in this industrial internship activity are:
1. Components are prioritized (critical) based on Pareto chart analysis
on the RPN value of each component in the FMEA table.
2. Proper maintenance measures on Kondia milling system operation
using the RCM method, namely:
• Magnetic contactor Scheduled on Condition Task with maintenance intervals
for 360 days and done by mechanics.
• Relay Scheduled on Condition Task with an initial interval of 184 days
and done by mechanics.
• Fuse/fuse Scheduled on Condition Task with initial interval during
116 days and done by mechanics.
• Milling knife Finding failure A Scheduled Restoration Task with initial
interval for 168 days and done by the operator.
• Dinamo failure mode 1 Scheduled on Condition Task with initial
intervals for 1008 days and done by mechanics.
• Laker Scheduled Restoration Task with an initial interval of 1512 days
and done by mechanics.
• Milling knife finding failure B Scheduled Restoration Task with initial
interval for 672 days and done by the operator.
• Dinamo failure mode 1 Scheduled on Condition Task with initial interval
for 1680 days and done by mechanics.
3. Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) planned maintenance for
the actual maintenance activity is as follows
(A) When a breakdown occurs, the operator turns off the machine and so on contact or search for mechanic parts.
(B) The operator reports the machine breakdown and checks the mechanical part machine.
(C) Identify the need for equipment and spare parts.88.
(D) Carry out corrective activities in accordance with appropriate actions.
(E) Conduct production capability test and rearrangement.
(F) The machine is back in operation
