Abstract
Transportasi umum memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan ruang jalan. Secara global, sistem Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) telah dianggap sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan penggunaan transportasi umum. Pada bulan Agustus 2022 Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur meresmikan layanan BRT Trans Jatim Koridor I dengan rute Sidoarjo – Gresik. Sejumlah pengguna merasakan manfaatnya seperti dapat menghemat tenaga
sekaligus biaya setiap perjalanan dari tempat asal menuju tujuan. Di sisi lain, masih ditemui permasalahan seperti waktu tunggu yang lama, antrian yang panjang, kapasitas tempat duduk kurang, dan halte yang belum memadai saat hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pelayanan Bus Trans Jatim berdasarkan persepsi kepuasan pengguna sehingga dapat diketahui prioritas pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode customer satisfication index (CSI) dan importance performance analysis (IPA). Pendekatan CSI dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi level kepuasan pengguna terhadap kinerja pelayanan yang ditawarkan oleh BRT Trans Jatim saat ini. Sedangkan analisis IPA digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas pelayanan yang harus ditingkatkan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna BRT Trans Jatim terhadap keseluruhan pelayanannya bernilai 76,47% dan berada pada kriteria “cukup puas”. Atribut layanan prioritas yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna untuk ditingkatkan kinerjanya yaitu atribut yang berada di kuadran I terdiri dari ruang gerak penumpang berdiri, keamanan di halte, waktu tunggu, kenyamanan di halte, dan integrasi dengan moda transportasi lain.

Public transport plays an important role in increasing the effective use of road space. Globally, the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system has been considered as a solution to increase the use of public transportation. In August 2022 the Provincial Government of East Java launcehd the BRT Trans Jatim Corridor I Sidoarjo – Gresik. A number of users experience the benefits such as being able to save energy as well as costs for each trip from their place of origin to their destination. On the other hand, there are still problems such as long waiting times, long queues, not enough seating capacity, and inadequate bus stops when it rains. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the Bus Trans Jatim service based on user satisfaction perceptions so that service priorities that need to be improved can be identified. This study uses the customer satisfaction index (CSI) and importance performance analysis (IPA) methods. The CSI approach is used to identify the level of user satisfaction with the service performance offered by the current BRT Trans Jatim. While the IPA analysis is used to determine service priorities
that must be improved. The results of the study show that the satisfaction level of BRT Trans Jatim users with the overall service is 76.47% and is in the "satisfied" criterion. Atribut of priority services that affect user satisfaction to improve their performance are in quadrant I consisting space for standing passengers, security at stops, waiting time, convenience at stops, and integration with other modes of transportation.
