Healing tourism is an alternative health tourism development that combines recreation and entertainment so that tourists can achieve a balance of body, mind and spirit/soul and can contribute to the improvement and maintenance of tourist health. The need for healing can be a potential that is facilitated through healing tourism. However, healing tourism products are still classified as a new and developing tourism sector in Indonesia. In fact, there is research that reveals that Indonesia has a variety of cultural potential that can be developed into healing tourism. This research aims to formulate the concept of healing tourism development based on the cultural sensibility of the Tengger tribe. Research data were obtained through participatory observation, literature study, and in-depth interviews using a phenomenological approach. The subjects (informants) of this research amounted to 4 people who were determined using snowball sampling technique. The research was conducted in Wonokitri Traditional Village, Pasuruan Regency and Ngadisari Traditional Village, Probolinggo Regency. Data acquisition was processed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) and descriptive qualitative analysis. As for achieving these objectives, several stages are carried out, namely (1) Identifying the six tourist attractions of the traditional culture of the Tengger Tribe that can be developed into healing tourism (2) Identifying the concept of healing tourism based on the sensibility of the traditional culture of the Tengger Tribe (3) Formulating the concept of implementing healing tourism in the Tengger Tribe. So that the results are obtained in the form of tourist attractions from the six cultures of the Tengger Tribe, the concept of healing tourism based on the sensibility of the traditional culture of the Tengger Tribe, and the concept of implementing healing tourism in the Tengger Tribe.
