Abstract

Well-being karyawan merupakan fenomena penting yang harus diperhatikan tidak hanya dalam perusahaan, namun juga institusi. Salah satunya adalah ITS Surabaya. Hal ini dikarenakan pengajar yang ada di ITS memiliki peranan penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan visi dan misi yang telah ditetapkan. Maka harus lebih memperhatikan aspek yang dapat menunjang well-being Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan. Oleh karena itu, adanya penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan Muda di ITS Surabaya, dinilai berdasarkan pengaruh dari aspek kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap well-being karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan 132 responden terdiri dari 47 Dosen dan 85 Tenaga Kependidikan di ITS Surabaya. Responden diambil menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei, dan metode yang dipakai merupakan analisis linier berganda serta pengolahan datanya menggunakan software IBM SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dosen menanggapi positif pengaruh kompenensasi terhadap well-being karyawan. Namun lingkungan kerja serta kepemimpinan tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap well-being karyawan. Sedangkan, berdasarkan perspektif Tenaga Kependidikan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap well-being karyawan. Akan tetapi, kepemimpinan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh. Sedangkan jika dilihat dari perspektif keseluruhan untuk Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan, hasilnya adalah kompensasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif. Namun lingkungan kerja, hasilnya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh.

Employee well-being is an important phenomenon that must be considered not only in companies, but also institutions. Including ITS Surabaya. This is because the lecturers at ITS have an important role in supporting the success of the vision and mission that has been set. So it must pay more attention to aspects that can support the well-being of lecturers and education staff. Therefore, the existence of this study is to measure the level of well-being of young lecturers and education staff at ITS Surabaya, assessed based on the influence of aspects of compensation, work environment and leadership on employee well-being. This research is a descriptive quantitative research, with 132 respondents consisting of 47 lecturers and 85 education staff at ITS Surabaya. Respondents were taken using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach based on predetermined criteria. Data collection was carried out using the survey method, and the method used was multiple linear analysis and data processing using IBM SPSS 24 software. The results showed that lecturers responded positively to the influence of compensation on employee well-being. However, the work environment and leadership showed no influence on employee well-being. Meanwhile, based on the perspective of education staff, compensation and work environment have a positive effect on employee well-being. However, leadership shows no influence. Meanwhile, when viewed from an overall perspective for lecturers and education staff, the result is that compensation and leadership have a positive effect. But the work environment, the results showed no effect.
