Abstract
PT. Identiti Bina Citra adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang branding and marketing agency. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, PT. Identiti Bina Citra memiliki empat layanan jasa, yaitu brand identity, brand activation, brand communication, dan brand packaging. Dalam beroperasi, PT. Identiti Bina Citra memiliki strategi bisnis yang tidak terformalisir, yaitu customer intimacy. Namun, strategi tersebut tidak mampu membantu PT. Identiti Bina Citra untuk tetap mengikuti perubahan yang terjadi di dalam industry branding dan marketing. Selain itu, PT. Identiti Bina Citra juga tidak memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja yang komperhensif. Pengukuran kinerja PT. Identiti bina Citra hanya mengandalkan pertumbuhan pendapatan dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai indicator pengukurnya. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan perancangan strategi bisnis yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan PT. Identiti Bina Citra dan perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan metode Balanced Scorecard agar PT. Identiti Bina Citra memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja untuk level korporat dan Departemen Operasional yang mempertimbangkan perspektif finansial, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Departemen Operasional dipilih karena keseluruhan proses bisnis PT. Identiti Bina Citra dilakukan oleh Departemen operasional. Dalam penelitian ini, perancangan strategi bisnis akan dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu evaluasi kondisi internal dan eksternal dengan matriks IFE dan EFE. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perancangan alternatif strategi bisnis dengan SWOT Matrix. Lalu dilakukan penentuan strategi bisnis dengan QSPM. Berdasarkan tahap-tahap tersebut, didapat tujuh alternatif strategi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan PT. Identiti Bina Citra dan strategi “Meningkatkan kapabilitas pekerja (teknologi dan non-teknologi)”. Setlah itu, dilakukan perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang diawali dengan penyusunan sasaran strategis, perancangan KPI, dan pembobotan sistem penbgukuran kinerja dengan metode AHP. Dari hasil perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja tersebut, diperolah 20 KPI untuk level korporat yang terbagi kedalam empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard. Kemudian, dilakukan cascading sasaran strategis level korporat kepada Departemen Operasional untuk mendapatkan sasaran strategis milik Departemen Operasional. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, terdapat 9 KPI untuk Departemen Operasional.

Identiti Bina Citra's unofficial business strategy is customer closeness. This technique could not assist PT. Identiti Bina Citra adapt to branding and marketing industry developments. PT. Identiti Bina Citra requires a comprehensive performance measuring system. PT. Identiti Bina Citra measures performance exclusively regarding revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Thus, this research will design a business strategy for PT. Identiti Bina Citra and a Balanced Scorecard-based performance measurement system for the corporate level and Operations Department that considers financial, customer, and internal business processes and growth and learning perspectives. PT'. Identiti Bina Citra business procedure determined the Operational Department's selection. This research will evaluate internal and external circumstances with the IFE and EFE matrices to build a company plan in three steps. Use the SWOT Matrix to create alternative company strategies. QSPM the business strategy. These stages yield seven different strategies for PT. Identity Bina Citra and the strategy "Increasing the capabilities of workers (technological and non-technological)". After that, strategic objectives, KPI design, and AHP-based performance measurement system weighting were created. The performance measurement system design yields 20 business KPIs, grouped across four Balanced Scorecard views. Cascade corporate strategy aims to help the Operations Department to achieve its strategic goals. These findings yield 9 Operations Department KPIs
