Abstract
Pelabuhan Sanur direncanakan untuk melayani penyeberangan dari Pulau Bali ke Pulau Nusa Penida. Dikarenakan kondisi gelombang di Pantai Sanur yang cukup tinggi, maka Pelabuhan Sanur memerlukan struktur pemecah gelombang sehingga operasional pelabuhan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Namun, pembangunan pemecah gelombang tersebut akan mempengaruhi proses angkutan sedimen yang terjadi di sepanjang pantai dikarenakan laju sedimen yang tertahan struktur pemecah gelombang. Hal ini terlihat dari sedimentasi yang terjadi di sisi utara struktur pemecah gelombang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan studi mengenai perubahan pola angkutan sedimen dan perencanaan struktur pengaman pantai yang terpengaruh pembangunan Pelabuhan Sanur.
Penelitian ini akan meninjau garis pantai di Pantai Padang Galak sepanjang 1600 m dari breakwater sebelah utara Pelabuhan Sanur hingga Muara Sungai Ayung sebagai objek analisis transpor sedimen. Pemilihan lokasi ini didasarkan atas sedimentasi yang terjadi di sisi utara struktur pemecah gelombang Pelabuhan Sanur akan berpengaruh terhadap pola angkutan sedimen di Pantai Padang Galak. Analisis kondisi yang memperhitungkan pengaruh gelombang dan arus dilakukan menggunakan program bantu Delft3D sedangkan perubahan garis pantai akibat pergerakan sedimen akan disimulasikan dengan model ShorelineS. Dari pemodelan tersebut, dilakukan perencanaan bangunan pengaman pantai untuk mengatasi masalah sedimentasi di sisi utara struktur pemecah gelombang Pelabuhan Sanur. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, direncanakan bangunan pengaman berupa seri groin dan jetty dengan dimensi bangunan identik. Seri groin dibangun dengan panjang masing-masing 100 m di sepanjang area Pantai Padang Galak dengan jarak antar groin ±200 m. Sedangkan jetty dibangun dengan panjang 150 m di Muara Sungai Ayung. Dari simulasi yang dilakukan menggunakan ShorelineS terhadap bangunan perlindungan yang dibuat, didapatkan hasil bahwa adanya bangunan tersebut dapat mengurangi terjadinya sedimentasi di kawasan Pantai Padang Galak sehingga tidak terjadi perubahan garis pantai secara ekstrem di area tersebut.

The Port of Sanur is planned to serve water transportation from Bali to Nusa Penida. Due to high wave conditions at Sanur Beach, the Port of Sanur requires a breakwater structure to support its operation. However, it will affect the sediment transport process that occurs along the coast. Indeed, sediment transport on the coast will be blocked by breakwater structure. This can be seen from the sedimentation that occurs on the north side of the breakwater structure. Therefore, it is necessary to study the changes in sediment transport patterns and a protection structure for affected coast by the construction of the Sanur Port. This study will review the coastline of Padang Galak Beach along 1600 m from North Breakwater of the Port of Sanur to Ayung River Estuary as the domain of sediment transport analysis. The selection of this location is based on sedimentation that occurs on the north side of the breakwater structure of Sanur Port which will affect the sediment transport pattern on Padang Galak Beach. Condition analysis that influenced by waves and currents is carried out using the Delft3D auxiliary program while shoreline changes due to sediment movement will be simulated using the ShorelineS model. From the modeling result, a coastal protection structure was planned to solve the problem of sedimentation on the north side of the breakwater structure of the Port of Sanur. Based on the analysis, it is planned that the coastal protection is a series of groin and jetty with identical dimensions. Series of the groin is built with a length of 100 m each along the Padang Galak Beach with a distance between groin ±200 m. While the jetty was built with a length of 150 m at Ayung River Estuary. From the simulations using ShorelineS on the protection buildings that were made, the result was these buildings could reduce sedimentation in the Padang Galak Beach area so that there was no change in the coastline extremely.
