Abstract
Industri Pengolahan Gas Alam memiliki permasalahan kapasitas produksi yang diakibatkan oleh kebutuhan produk lean gas oleh Pembangkit Listrik Lokal yang merupakan satu-satunya konsumen produk lean gas kurang dari kapasitas produksi. Hal tersebut berakibat pada menurunnya pendapatan yang telah direncanakan. Solusi melakukan re-desain proses produksi Industri Pengolahan Gas Alam dengan menambahkan CNG mother station diajukan dengan tujuan membuat pasar konsumen baru terhadap produk lean gas yang nantinya diolah menjadi produk CNG dengan tujuan untuk mengembalikan kapasitas produksi Industri Pengolahan Gas Alam pada kapasitas optimalnya. Analisis ekonomi digunakan untuk menentukan keuntungan dan kelayakan rencana re-desain yang akan diajukan. Berdasarkan kalkulasi biaya investasi perencanaan re-desain sebesar 33,86 juta USD, rata-rata kapasitas produksi mampu meningkat sebesar 14% dari kondisi eksisting. Berdasarkan solusi yang ditawarkan melalui analisis ekonomi yang dilakukan, diprediksi Industri Pengolahan Gas Alam akan menemui titik impas dalam jangka waktu 2,79 tahun pasca produksi dengan hanya melalui penjualan produk dari selisih peningkatan kapasitas produksi.

The Natural Gas Processing Industry has a production capacity problem caused by the need for lean gas products by the Local Power Plant which is the only consumer of lean gas products less than the production capacity. This resulted in a decrease in planned revenue. The solution to re-design the production process of the Natural Gas Processing Industry by adding a CNG mother station is proposed with the aim of creating a new consumer market for lean gas products which will be processed into CNG products with the aim of restoring the production capacity of the Natural Gas Processing Industry to its optimal capacity. Economic analysis is used to determine the profitability and feasibility of the proposed re-design plan. Based on the calculated investment cost of the re-design plan of 33.86 million USD, the average production capacity is able to increase by 14% from the existing conditions. Based on the solutions offered through the economic analysis conducted, it is predicted that the Natural Gas Processing Industry will break even within a period of 2.79 years post-production by only selling products from the difference in increased production capacity.
