Abstract

Bandara Syamsudin Noor merupakan bandar udara internasional yang terletak di Kalimantan Selatan. Dalam data yang diperoleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Banjarbaru pada tahun 2018, didapatkan jumlah penumpang Bandara Syamsudin Noor menyentuh angka 3.842.173 penumpang. Sedangkan dikutip dari pernyataan Stakeholder Relation Manager Bandara Syamsudin Noor, Zulfian Noor, jumlah penumpang yang dilayani pada Bulan September 2022 sebanyak 193.862 orang. Angka ini diperkirakan akan terus meningkat, bahkan pada tahun 2030 diperkirakan jumlah penumpang Bandara Syamsudin Noor mencapai 13.285.885 orang (Ulmi & Ahyudanari, 2019). Pemerintah tentu tidak berdiam diri dalam menghadapi permasalahan ini. Berbagai macam upaya sudah dilakukan pemerintah sebagai bentuk usaha untuk mengurangi kemacetan. Salah satunya yaitu menyediakan moda transportasi massal bersubsidi. Sesuai dengan RIPNAS 2030, Kota Banjarbaru sendiri termasuk dalam Rencana Pengembangan Jaringan Kereta Api di Kalimantan Tahun 2030. Jalan Kereta Api ini akan menghubungkan Kota Banjarbaru menuju Martapura dan Kota Banjarmasin. Untuk daerah Kota Banjarbaru sendiri diutamakan rute ke Bandara Syamsudin Noor dikarenakan kawasan bandara diprediksi menjadi pusat perekonomian baru, sehingga lalu lintas di sekitarnya kemungkinan semakin padat. Tugas Akhir ini akan menganalisis demand Kereta Api Bandara dengan rute Bandara Syamsudin Noor – Banjarbaru pada Tahun 2030. Data yang digunakan dalam pengerjaan Tugas Akhir ini didapatkan dari hasil survei traffic counting, survei kuesioner asal-tujuan, dan survei stated preference. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis forecasting dengan metode Furness untuk mengetahui jumlah pengguna Kereta Api Bandara pada Tahun 2030. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah dapat diketahui analisis demand, modal split, stated preference, load factor, serta kenyamanan tempat duduk dan berdiri Kereta Api Bandara Syamsudin Noor pada Tahun 2030. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa demand pengguna motor, mobil, dan angkutan umum yang potensial berpindah moda menggunakan Kereta Api Bandara Syamsudin Noor pada saat ini adalah 1581 pengguna atau 11,36% dari keseluruhan populasi hasil traffic counting sejumlah 13914 pengguna. Adapun besar demand dari pengguna motor, mobil, dan angkutan umum yang berminat dan potensial berpindah moda menggunakan Kereta Api Bandara Syamsudin Noor pada Tahun 2030 yang didapatkan dari iterasi Matriks Asal Tujuan (MAT) metode Furness meningkat 19,23% dari saat ini menjadi 1885 pengguna.

Syamsudin Noor Airport is an international airport located in South Kalimantan. In data obtained by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Banjarbaru City in 2018, it was found that the number of passengers at Syamsudin Noor Airport touched 3,842,173 passengers. Meanwhile, quoted from the statement of the Stakeholder Relations Manager of Syamsudin Noor Airport, Zulfian Noor, the number of passengers served in September 2022 was 193,862 people. This figure is expected to continue to increase, even in 2030 it is estimated that the number of passengers at Syamsudin Noor Airport will reach 13,285,885 people (Ulmi & Ahyudanari, 2019). The government certainly does not stand idly by in dealing with this problem. Various efforts have been made by the government as a form of effort to reduce congestion. One of them is to provide subsidized mass transportation modes. In accordance with RIPNAS 2030, Banjarbaru City itself is included in the Railway Network Development Plan in Kalimantan in 2030. This railway road will connect Banjarbaru City to Martapura and Banjarmasin City. For the Banjarbaru City area itself, the route to Syamsudin Noor Airport is prioritized because the airport area is predicted to become a new economic center, so the surrounding traffic is likely to be more congested. This Final Project will analyze the demand for the Airport Rail with the Syamsudin Noor - Banjarbaru Airport route in 2030. The data used in working on this final project was obtained from the results of traffic counting surveys, origin-purpose questionnaire surveys, and stated preference surveys. The data obtained is then analyzed by forecasting with the Furness method to determine the number of Airport Rail users in 2030. The results are expected to be an analysis of demand, modal split, stated preference, load factor, and seating and standing comfort of Syamsudin Noor Airport Rail by 2030. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that the demand for motorbike, car, and public transportation users who have the potential to change modes using the Syamsudin Noor Airport Train at this time is 1581 users or 11,36% of the total population of traffic counting
results of 13914 users. The demand from motor, car, and public transportation users interested and have the potential to change modes using the Syamsudin Noor Airport Train in 2030 obtained from the iteration of the Origin-Destination Matrix using Furness method increased by 19,23% from the current to 1855 users.
