Abstract

Pertanian Indonesia merupakan penyumbang ekonomi terbesar setelah industri nonmigas. Akan tetapi, kondisi pertanian tidak selalu memberikan dampak yang stabil, diketahui dari data BPS pada tahun 2020 dan 2022, sektor padi mengalami penurunan, baik pada luas panen dan nilai produktivitas sebesar 2,3%. Oleh karenanya, pertanian harus mulai didukung dari segi sarana dan prasarana. Adapun bentuk dukungan yang paling berdampak adalah perbaikan dan pengelolaan sistem irigasi yang tepat. Jaringan irigasi menjadi sumber pengairan untuk setiap petak pertanian. Maka untuk meningkatkan hasil pertanian, dilakukan optimasi terhadap pola tanam dan embung pada Daerah Irigasi Balongganggang dan Embung Balongganggang, Kecamatan Sukodadi, Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur. Optimasi pola tanam yang dilakukan menggunakan data curah hujan dan klimatologi dari tahun 2013 – 2022 dengan metode program linear dan dengan bantuan program POM-QM Windows V5. Optimasi dilakukan dengan 2 fungsi tujuan, yakni pertimbangan luas lahan maksimum dan keuntungan maksimum. Optimasi yang dilakukan dengan memberikan 6 jenis alternatif dimana setiap alternatif memiliki jadwal awal musim tanam yang berbeda, dimulai dari alternatif 1 pada periode Nopember I hingga alternatif 6 pada periode Desember III Dari 6 alternatif yang direncanakan, optimasi berdasarkan luas lahan dan berdasarkan keuntungan memberikan nilai optimum yang sama sehingga diperoleh intensitas tanam dalam setahun adalah 130,55% dimana nilai ini naik 9,98% dari hasil eksisting senilai 120,57% dan keuntungan yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan optimasi didapatkan harga sebesar Rp 33.967.000.000,00.

Agriculture was the largest economic contributor after the non-oil and gas industry in Indonesian. However, agricultural conditions was not always have a stable impact, it was known from BPS data in 2020 and 2022, the paddy sector has decreased, both in the area of harvest and the value of productivity by 2,3%. Therefore, agriculture must begin to be supported in terms of facilities and infrastructure. The most impactful form of support was the improvement and proper management of irrigation systems. The irrigation network became the source of irrigation for each agricultural plot. So to increase agricultural yields, optimization of planting patterns and reservoir was carried out in the Balongganggang Irrigation Area and Embung Balongganggang, Sidodadi District, Lamongan Regency, East Java. Optimization of planting patterns carried out using rainfall and climatology data from 2013 – 2022 with a linear program method and with the help of POM-QM Windows V5 program. Optimization was carried out with 2 objective functions, by considering of maximum land area and maximum profit. Optimization was carried out by providing 6 types of alternatives where each alternative had a different schedule for the beginning of the growing season, starting from alternative 1 in the period November I to alternative 6 in the period December III. By the 6 alternatives planned, optimization based on land area and based on the profit was providing the same optimum value, so that the planting intensity in a year is 130.55% where this value increased 9.98% from the existing results of 120.57% and the profit generated from optimization calculations obtained a price of Rp 33,967,000,000.00.
