Abstract

Banjir merupakan bencana alam yang sering dialami oleh berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Sebagai daerah tropis yang memiliki curah hujan tinggi, sistem drainase yang baik merupakan hal yang harus dipenuhi untuk menunjang kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Sangat disayangkan beberapa kawasan pemukiman di Indonesia dibangun tanpa perencanaan sistem drainase yang baik sehingga terus menimbulkan banjir di musim hujan, salah satunya adalah Perumahan Puri Cikarang Hijau, Cikarang Utara, Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Perencanaan ulang sistem drainase di Perum Puri Cikarang Hijau perlu dilakukan.
Hal ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis hidrologi dan analisis hidrolika. Analisis hidrologi dimulai dari analisis tinggi curah hujan dan debit banjir rencana. Intensitas hujan dihitung menggunakan persamaan Mononobe dan debit banjir rencana dihitung dengan menggunakan metode Rasional. Berdasarkan analisis hidrologi, dilakukan perancangan ulang terhadap saluran drainase yang ada. Perancangan ulang ini akan disesuaikan untuk mampu mengalirkan debit banjir rencana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis hidrologi, didapatkan curah hujan rencana periode 5 tahun sebesar 154,5 mm. Kapasitas saluran eksisting tidak mampu mengalirkan banjir rencana sehingga direncanakan dimensi penampang baru, dengan dimensi terbesar saluran primer dengan lebar 2,5 m dan kedalaman 1,6 m, dan dengan dimensi terbesar saluran sekunder dengan lebar 1,5 m dan kedalaman 1 m. Hasil perencanaan menunjukkan bahwa sistem drainase kawasan Perum Puri Cikarang Hijau hanya membutuhkan perencanaan ulang dimensi dan air dapat mengalir ke saluran outlet secara gravitasi.

Floods are natural disasters that are often experienced by various regions in Indonesia. As a tropical area that has high rainfall, a good drainage system is something that must be met to support the lives of Indonesian people. It is unfortunate that several residential areas in Indonesia were built without proper drainage system planning so that they continue to cause flooding during the rainy season, one of which is the Puri Cikarang Hijau Housing Complex, North Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. Re-planning of the drainage system at Perum Puri Cikarang Hijau needs to be done.
This consists of several stages, namely hydrological analysis and hydraulic analysis. Hydrological analysis starts from the analysis of rainfall height and design flood discharge. Rain intensity is calculated using the Mononobe equation and the design flood discharge is calculated using the Rational method. Based on the hydrological analysis, the existing drainage canal was redesigned. This redesign will be adjusted to be able to flow the planned flood discharge.
Based on the hydrological analysis results, the planned rainfall for the 5 year period is 154.5 mm. The capacity of the existing canal is unable to carry the planned flood flow, so a new cross-sectional dimension is planned, with the largest dimension being the primary canal with a width of 2.5 m and a depth of 1.6 m, and the largest dimension of the secondary canal with a width of 1.5 m and a depth of 1 m. The planning results show that the drainage system for the Perum Puri Cikarang Hijau area only requires re-planning dimensions and water can flow into the outlet channel by gravity.
