Abstract

Konteks: Perkembangan teknologi memudahkan pembayaran secara online menggunakan beragam jenis e-Wallet. E-Wallet (e-Wallet) memudahkan pengguna untuk membayar secara mudah, cepat, dan aman. Karena ini, e-Wallet telah banyak dipakai sebagai alternatif pembayaran di berbagai daerah, termasuk di kota Ponorogo. Masalah: Masalah yang melatarbelakangi tugas akhir ini adalah dengan beragam macam dompet online, hal ini mempengaruhi kompetisi dan bergantung pada kepuasan pengguna pada aplikasi tersebut. Kemudahan dalam penggunaan memicu pengguna untuk memiliki beberapa jenis aplikasi. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan pengukuran terhadap faktor-faktor yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengguna dan intensi keberlanjutan pelanggan dalam menggunakan aplikasi e-Wallet. Tujuan: Tugas akhir ini bertujuan mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi continuance intention menggunakan e-Wallet guna memberikan rekomnedasi peningkatan intensi penggunaannya. Data dan Metode: Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring. Analisis hasil dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil yang Diharapkan: Tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi keberlanjutan pelanggan, serta dampak faktor-faktor tersebut kedepannya. Nilai Tambahan: Diharapkan dengan tugas akhir ini, rekomendasi dapat diberikan kepada penyedia layanan e-Wallet di Indonesia mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan intensi keberlanjutan pelanggan terutama di daerah Ponorogo

Context: Technological developments facilitate online payments using various types of digital wallets. Digital wallets (e-Wallet) make it easy for users to pay easily, quickly, and safely. Because of this, e-Wallet have been widely used as a payment alternative in various regions, including in Ponorogo. Problem: The problem behind this thesis is with various kinds of e-Wallet, this affects the competition and depends on user satisfaction with the application. Ease of use triggers users to have several types of applications. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the factors that can influence user loyalty in using digital wallet applications. Objective: This final project aims to study the factors that influence the continuance intention to use e-Wallets in order to provide recommendations for increasing the intention to use them. Data and Methods: The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. Result analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using multiple Regression Analysis. Expected Results: This final project is expected to provide an overview of the factors that influence continuance intention, as well as the impact of these factors in the future. Additional Value: It is hoped that with this final project, recommendations can be given to e-Wallet service providers in Indonesia regarding the factors that influence the success of user continuance intentions, especially in Ponorogo
