Abstract

Kantor merupakan tempat melaksanakan pekerjaan yang baik bersifat pelayanan maupun administratif. Cagar budaya merujuk pada benda, struktur, situs, bangunan, dan kawasan bersejarah yang memiliki nilai signifikan dalam budaya, dan penting untuk dijaga dan dilestarikan. Cagar budaya direvitalisasi difungsikan agar bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, salah satunya sebagai kantor. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai bagaimana pemanfaatan cagar budaya sebagai kantor yang tetap melestarikan cagar budaya sekaligus menjalankan fungsi kantor yang efektif. Peneliti memilih salah satu kantor yang berada di Jakarta yaitu Kantor BPSDMP Kemenhub. Setelah melakukan observasi awal, peneliti membuat kesimpulan bahwa saat ini pelestarian cagar budaya dan fungsi bangunan sebagai perkantoran belum optimal. Pelestarian cagar budaya dalam perancangan ini dilakukan dengan menggali pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang pelestarian cagar budaya dengan menganalisis literatur, kondisi eksisting, dan kebijakan yang terkait dengan pelestarian cagar budaya. Pelestarian cagar budaya tersebut berjalan berdampingan dengan fungsi bangunan saat ini yaitu sebagai kantor. Pemenuhan kebutuhan kantor dengan menganalisis literatur, studi pengguna dan aktivitas agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Pengembangan perancangan desain interior melalui tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan menghasilkan rancangan desain interior berupa konsep desain melalui bentuk visual diantaranya gambar teknik dan gambar perspektif pada keseluruhan ruang terdesain dan ruang terpilih. Penggunaan gaya Art Deco dengan mengembalikan bentuk bangunan asli dan menambahkan elemen Art Deco yang memperkuat nilai-nilai sejarah bangunan agar pelestarian cagar budaya menjadi optimal. Pengaplikasian openspace, optimal workstation, dan penambahan storage dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pegawai untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Penambahan breakout area dan multisensory design untuk menurunkan tingkat stres pegawai.

An office is a place to do administrative and service work. Cultural heritage refers to objects, structures, sites, buildings, and historical areas that have important cultural values that should be protected and preserved. Some cultural heritage has been revitalized to benefit the community, including as an office. Therefore, researchers are interested in finding out more about how to use cultural heritage as an office that still preserve cultural heritage while at the same time running an office function. The researcher chose one of the offices located in Jakarta, The researcher chose one of the offices in Jakarta, the office of BPSDMP Kemenhub. After the first observation, the researcher made a conclusion that currently the preservation of cultural heritage and the function of the building as an office is not optimal yet. The preservation of cultural heritage in this design is achieved by exploring a better understanding of the conservation of cultural heritage by analyzing the literature, existing conditions, and policies related to the preservation of cultural heritage. The preservation of cultural heritage goes side by side with the current function of the building, which is as an office. Providing office needs by analyzing literature, user studies and activities to increase productivity. The development of an interior design plan through the steps of the design method which results in the form of a design concept through visual forms which include technical drawings and perspective drawings on all designed rooms and selected main rooms. The application of Art Deco style by restoring the original building form and adding Art Deco elements that enhance the historical value of the building so that the preservation of cultural heritage is optimal. The implementation of open spaces, optimal work stations, and additional storage can fulfill the needs of employees to increase their productivity. Adding rest areas and multisensory design to reduce employee stres levels.
