Abstract

Beton Accropode merupakan salah satu jenis material yang digunakan dalam pembangunan struktur pelabuhan dan jetty. Dalam lingkungan laut, beton Accropode mengalami pengaruh dari beberapa faktor lingkungan, seperti air laut, alga, dan sinar matahari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pertumbuhan algae hijau (Chlorophyta) terhadap kekuatan dan ketahanan beton Accropode pada proyek breakwater jetty. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, pengukuran, dan pengujian material beton Accropode dengan variasi jenis dan tingkat pertumbuhan Alga Hijau (Chlorophyta). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pertumbuhan Alga Hijau (Chlorophyta) tidak mempengaruhi kekuatan dan ketahanan beton Accropode, di mana tingkat pertumbuhan yang tinggi maupun rendah tidak menyebabkan penurunan kekuatan dan ketahanan material beton Accropode.

Acropod concrete is a type of material used in the construction of harbor and jetty structures. In a marine environment, Acropod concrete experiences the influence of several environmental factors, such as seawater, algae and sunlight. This study aims to determine the effect of the growth of green algae (Chlorophyta) on the strength and durability of Accropode concrete in the breakwater jetty project. The method used in this research is observation, measurement, and testing of Acropod concrete materials with various types and growth rates of Green Algae (Chlorophyta). The results of this study indicate that the growth of Green Algae (Chlorophyta) does not affect the strength and durability of Accropode concrete, where high or low growth rates do not cause a decrease in the strength and durability of Accropode concrete material.
