Abstract

Permasalahan di kawasan pesisir merupakan permasalahan yang sering dianggap remeh, kawasan pesisir menghadapi berbagai dampak negatif akibat aktivitas manusia yang mengubah lahan menjadi pusat perekonomian. Padahal, kawasan pesisir memiliki sumber daya alam dan jasa lingkungan sebagai potensi pembangunan. Masyarakat pesisir Tanjung memiliki sejarah dan budaya dari karakter masyarakatnya yang sebagai nelayan dan pedagang yang membentuk objek-objek wisata di kawasan tersebut. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu sarana sebagai upaya pembangunan kembali kawasan pesisir untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan serta dapat mewadahi objek-objek wisata tersebut. Sebuah wisata bahari dengan fasilitas budaya, rekreasi, dan transit dirasa dapat mewujudkan upaya redevelopment. Selain itu, penghadiran pasar ikan dan kios jualan dirasa dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan ekonomi bagi masyarakat pesisir yang tinggal di dalamnya. Dengan pendekatan holistik, perancangan wisata bahari dapat mengintegrasi pengelolaan sumber daya pesisir dan laut, sehingga fasilitas budaya, rekreasi dan transit juga dapat terintegrasi dengan baik. Proses dan metode desain menggunakan force-based framework. Force yang teridentifikasi adalah kondisi pesisir Tanjung-Sampang, aktivitas lokal penduduk setempat dan perilaku user, aktivitas pengunjung, dan karakter masyarakat setempat.

The problems of coastal areas are often underestimated because coastal areas face various negative impacts due to human activities that turn the land into economic centers. In fact, coastal areas have natural resources and environmental services as development potential. The coastal community of Tanjung has a history and culture of the character of the community as fishermen and traders who form tourist objects in the area. For this reason, a facility is needed as an effort to redevelop the coastal area to improve environmental quality and can accommodate these tourist objects. Marine tourism with cultural, recreational and transit facilities is considered to realize the redevelopment efforts. In addition, the presence of fish market and sales kiosks is considered one of the solutions to facilitate the economic needs of coastal communities that live in it. With a holistic approach, marine tourism design can integrate coastal and marine resource management so that cultural, recreational and transit facilities can also be well integrated. The design process and methodology used a force-based framework. The identified forces are the coastal conditions of Tanjung-Sampang, local activities of residents and user behavior, visitor activities, and the character of the local community.
