Abstract

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi terbaik di Indonesia. Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya selanjutnya disingkat ITS memiliki suatu inisiatif bernama eco campus. Eco campus merupakan suatu inisiatif ITS dalam melakukan pembangunan berkelanjutan di dalam lingkungan kampus dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan yang dikembangkan di ITS, salah satu contoh program eco campus adalah pengefektifan transportasi yang salah satu contohnya adalah pengurangan emisi kendaraan. Namun, pengurangan emisi kendaraan ini belum sepenuhnya terwujud karena di dalam lingkungan ITS masih dilalui kendaraan bermotor, hal ini menyebabkan banyaknya polusi di dalam area kampus. Hal ini dapat diatasi dengan membangun gedung parkir di dekat pintu masuk ITS. Pintu masuk yang akan diulas terdapat pada pintu masuk sisi selatan asrama ITS. Dalam merencanakan gedung parkir digunakan metode traffic counting pada pintu masuk ITS dan traffic counting pada perumahan dosen ITS yang kemudian data tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah kebutuhan parkir pada sisi selatan asrama ITS. Untuk merencanakan pedestrian dan jalur sepeda digunakan metode survei sampling yang akan digabungkan dengan data traffic counting sebelumnya untuk mendapatkan rasio pejalan kaki dan pengguna sepeda, kemudian dari kedua data tersebut dapat direncanakan pedestrian sesuai standar “Pedoman Teknis Pejalan Kaki” dan lajur sepeda dengan standar “Perancangan Fasilitas Pesepeda” yang dikeluarkan oleh kementerian PUPR. Dari analisis dan perhitungan yang dilakukan didapatkan jumlah kebutuhan parkir untuk mobil sebanyak 358 SRP dan sepeda motor sebanyak 2582 SRP. Sedangkan untuk lebar pedestrian didapatkan dimensi sebesar 5,2 meter untuk Ruas A-B, 4,0 meter untuk ruas B-C, dan 3,2 meter untuk ruas B-D, dan jumlah lajur sepeda didapatkan sebanyak 4 lajur untuk ruas A-B, 3 lajur untuk ruas B-C, dan 3 lajur untuk ruas B-D.

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, hereinafter abbreviated as ITS, has an initiative called the eco campus. Eco campus is ITS initiative in conducting sustainable development within the campus environment by utilizing technology and science developed at ITS, one example of the eco campus program is the effectiveness of transportation, one example of which is reducing vehicle emissions. However, this reduction in vehicle emissions has not been fully realized because campus environment is still passed by motorized vehicles, this causes a lot of pollution in the campus area. This can be overcome by building a parking building near the ITS entrance. The entrance to be reviewed is at the entrance to the south side of ITS dormitory. In planning the parking building, the traffic counting method is used at the entrance of ITS and the entrance of lecturer housing area which is then used to determine the amount of parking required on the south side of ITS dormitory. To plan pedestrians and cycling paths, a survey sampling method is used which will be combined with the previous traffic counting data to obtain the ratio of pedestrians and bicycle users, then from the two data, pedestrians can be designed according to the standard "Pedestrian Technical Guidelines" and bicycle lanes with the standard "Design of Pedestrians".
