Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendalami kondisi first and last mile (feeder, pedestrian way, bicycle path) dan menyusun strategi first and last mile yang berkelanjutan di koridor MRT DKI Jakarta.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menilai bagaimana kondisi eksisting lingkungan first and last mile sepanjang koridor MRT DKI Jakarta, dilanjutkan analisis Crosstab untuk melihat hubungan karakteristik perjalanan first and last mile pengguna MRT. Analisis IPGA (Importance Performance Gap Analysis) menjadi tahapan penting untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan dan kepentingan pengguna terhadap variabel sustainable first and last mile.

DKI Jakarta as the center of activity causes a lot of movement to and from Jakarta. This movement is supported by the provision of KRL, MRT, LRT, BRT, and microtrans. The MRT has not yet become the main mode because people are reluctant to use the MRT which they feel is still less accessible. The accessibility of Transjakarta and KRL is considered better because they are integrated and supported by feeders. Development of a mass transportation network requires improvements that are integrated to cover first, hub, and last. This research aims to explore first and last mile conditions (feeder, pedestrian way, bicycle path) and develop a sustainable first and last mile strategy in the DKI Jakarta MRT corridor.
This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis to assess how the existing conditions of the first and last mile environment along the DKI Jakarta MRT corridor, followed by crosstab analysis to see the relationship between first and last mile trip characteristics of MRT users. IPGA analysis (Importance Performance Gap Analysis) is an important step to determine the level of user satisfaction and interest in the sustainable first and last mile variables. IPGA results in the form of variables in quadrant II are a priority for improvement. Through the calculation of the gap distance, the ranking of each variable was found which was used as input in the qualitative descriptive analysis in the formulation of the strategy.
The results show that currently the first and last mile environmental conditions are good enough to be good or still uneven. The IPGA analysis resulted 14 public transportation variables, 2 walking variables, and 4 cycling variables for first mile development priorities. 13 public transportation variables and 1 walking variable are obtained which are priorities to be improved on the last mile trip. The 1st strategies of first mile trips are to evaluate and develop an integrated payment system, especially for microtrans/angkot modes, equalize the width of the pedestrian lanes that are not yet up to standard, especially on narrowed lanes, and relocate bicycle parking spaces at an accessible distance. The 1st strategies for last mile trips are evaluating and developing affordable fares for microtrans/angkot and transjabodetabek modes of transportation as well as providing lights by integrating PJU and pedestrian lights.
