Abstract

Manajemen Strategi dan manajemen kinerja merupakan hal penting bagi perusahaan dalam menjalankan proses bisnis dikarenakan memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan apa yang dilakukan perusahaan telah sesuai, sebagai upaya memastikan tercapainya tujuan yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. PT. Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang saat ini belum memiliki arahan strategis yang berlandaskan dengan kondisi lingkungan perusahaanya baik kondisi secara internal maupun eksternal serta dalam melakukan pengukuran kinerja masih hanya berfokus pada aspek keuangan saja seperti laba/profit tanpa memperhatikan aspek penting lainnya. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan proses perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja pada PT. Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang. Formulasi strategi dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu analisis kondisi lingkungan menggunakan IFE&EFE Matrix, permusan alternatif strategi menggunakan IE Matrix dan TOWS Matrix, serta Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix model digunakan untuk memilih alternatif strategi terbaik berdasarkan kondisi dan kebutuhan perusahaan. Balanced scorecard model digunakan untuk merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja terintegrasi pada level korporat dengan berfokus pada aspek keuangan, pelanggan, internal bisnis proses, dan pembelajaran & pertumbuhan. Pada penelitian ini proses pembobotan dilakukan oleh expertise dari pihak perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan software expert choice sebagai pengolah data. Hasil proses perancangan tersebut diperoleh 8 sasaran strategi pada level korporat dengan total 22 KPI pada level korporat. Lalu dibentuk KPI properties untuk masing-masing KPI supaya maksud dan tujuan KPI dapat dipahami dengan jelas.

Strategic management and performance management are crucial for companies to effectively run their business processes, as they play a vital role in ensuring that the company's actions align with its desired objectives. Currently, PT. Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang lacks a strategic direction that is grounded in its internal and external business environment, and its performance measurement focuses solely on financial aspects such as profit, without considering other important factors. This research aims to design a performance measurement system for PT. Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang. The strategy formulation consists of three stages: analyzing the environmental conditions using the IFE&EFE Matrix, formulating alternative strategies using the IE Matrix and TOWS Matrix, and using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix model to select the best alternative strategy based on the company's conditions and needs. The Balanced Scorecard model is used to design an integrated performance measurement system at the corporate level, focusing on financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning & growth aspects. In this research, the weighting process is conducted by company experts using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, with the data processed using expert choice software. The result of this design process yields 8 strategic objectives at the corporate level, with a total of 22 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the corporate level. Additionally, KPI properties are formulated for each KPI to ensure a clear understanding of their purpose and objectives.
