Abstract

Pemerintah meluncurkan program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak dengan upaya menyediakan pelayanan serta pemeliharaan ibu hamil, ibu bersalin, ibu menyusui, bayi, anak balita, serta anak pra sekolah. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu dan anak serta menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Untuk melakukan pengendalian terhadap program ini, maka disediakan buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) yang mana saat ini masih berbentuk buku fisik. Banyak permasalahan yang ditemukan pada buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak, seperti banyak ibu-ibu yang enggan atau lupa membawa buku, atau bahkan buku yang dimiliki hilang. Hal tersebut menyebabkan adanya kendala ketika proses check-up kesehatan. Maka dari itu penelitian ini berupaya untuk menggantikan fungsionalitas buku tersebut dengan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan pada smartphone. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, aplikasi sudah dikembangkan dengan mengimplementasikan beberapa fitur yang fungsinya mirip dengan buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak. Namun, fitur tersebut masih belum lengkap sehingga diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Pada penelitian ini, fitur-fitur yang belum mengimplementasikan fungsi yang mirip pada buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak akan dikembangkan. Selain itu, dilakukan juga penambahan fitur lain seperti penambahan “Automatic Question Answering System” yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna, yaitu ibu-ibu, untuk bertanya terkait masalah baik pada masa kehamilan maupun pada saat merawat balita. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu aplikasi front-end, back-end, dan question answering system. Aplikasi front-end merupakan aplikasi yang akan digunakan langsung oleh pengguna, sedangkan aplikasi back-end berperan untuk menyediakan akses data kepada aplikasi front-end. Aplikasi front-end berupa aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh v pengguna melalui smartphone, baik smartphone dengan sistem operasi Android maupun iOS, sedangkan aplikasi back-end berupa API yang akan dimanfaatkan oleh aplikasi front-end. Aplikasi front-end dikembangkan dengan menggunakan framework bernama Flutter, sedangkan aplikasi back-end yang digunakan untuk menerima pertanyaan dikembangkan menggunakan FastAPI. Question Answering System dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Python serta memanfaatkan model yang bernama BERT. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model yang dapat digunakan untuk proses question answering dengan akurasi sebesar 74,19%.

The government launched the “Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak” program with efforts to provide services and care for pregnant women, birth mothers, breastfeeding mothers, infants, toddlers, and pre-school children. The aim of this program is to improve the health status of mothers and children and reduce maternal and infant mortality. To exercise control over this program, “Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak” (KIA) book is provided which is currently still in the form of a physical book. Many problems were found in the KIA book, such as many mothers who were reluctant or forgot to bring the book, or even lost the book they owned. This causes obstacles during the health check-up process. Therefore, this research seeks to replace the functionality of the book with an application that can be used on a smartphone. In previous research, the application has been developed by implementing several features that function similarly to the KIA book. However, these features are still incomplete so further research is needed. In this research, features that have not implemented similar functions in the KIA book will be developed. Apart from that, additional features were also developed such as the addition of a “Automatic Question Answering System” that can be used by users, mainly mothers, to ask questions related to problems both during pregnancy and during nursing toddler. The developed applications are divided into three, namely front-end, back-end, and question answering system. The front-end application is an application that will be used directly by the user, while the back-end application has the role of providing data access to the front-end application. Front-end applications are applications that can be used by users via smartphones, both smartphones with Android and iOS operating systems, while back-end applications are in the form of APIs that will be used by front-end applications. Front-end application is developed using a framework called Flutter, while back-end application of that will be used to retrieve the question is developed using FastAPI. Question Answering System is developed using Python and a model called BERT. The result of this experiment is a model that can be used for question answering process that has an accuracy of 74,19%.
