Abstract

Layanan perbankan digital adalah layanan atau kegiatan perbankan yang menggunakan sarana elekntronik atau digital milik Bank, dan/atau melalui media digital milik nasabah/calon nasabah bank, yang dilakukan secara mandiri. Hal ini memudahkan calon nasabah dan/atau nasabah bank untuk memperoleh informasi, trasnsaksi perbankan, melakukan komunikasi, registrasi, pembukaan rekening, dan penutupan rekening. Adaptasi dengan era digitalisasi perbankan sangatlah dibutuhkan pada bank konvensional. Nasabah juga membutuhkan experience baru pada Banking Hall, experience bank yang juga mengikuti dengan perkembangan zaman digital banking. Berdasarkan kebutuhan dann permasalahan tersebut, maka konsep futuristik menjadi landasan untuk Banking Hall. Dengan tujuan untuk beradaptasi dan menghadapi tantangan teknologi digital banking. Kemudian dengan permasalahan eksisting pada Banking Hall, kebutuhan baik dari staff maupun nasabah serta perkembangan zaman tekonlogi. Maka dari itu konsep futuristik adalah konsep interior yang dapat memenuhi konsep teknologi digital banking. Dilain sisi hal ini juga perlu dilengkapi dengan aspek experience kepada nasabah, interior yang elegant dan secure serta suasana yang terasa advanced. Hasil pada penelitian berupa desain pada area hall utama, area pelayanan nasabah, area teller, area meeting room, serta area direksi. Dengan landasan konsep futuristik, serta dengan implementasi identitas perusahaan BNI, area Banking Hall didesain menggunakan warna perusahaan yaitu oranye dan tosca. Elemen desain pada interior terutama pada dinding dan lantai juga diadaptasi dari bentuk identitas perusahaan BNI. Implementasi teknologi digital banking juga diterapkan pada desain Banking Hall, dengan adanya area self service, video banking serta interactive discovery zone, teknologi ini juga memberikan experience baru kepada nasabah dalam mendapatkan pelayanan perbankan.

Digital banking services are banking services or activities that use electronic or digital facilities owned by the bank, and/or through digital media owned by customer s/prospective bank customer s, which are carried out independently. This makes it easier for prospective customer s and/or bank customer s to obtain information, banking transactions, communicate, register, open accounts and close accounts. Adaptation to the era of banking digitalization is needed in conventional banks. Customer s also need a new experience in the Banking Hall, a bank experience that also keeps up with the developments in the digital banking era. Based on these needs and problems, the futuristik concept became the basis for the Banking Hall. With the aim to adapt and face the challenges of digital banking technology. Then with the existing problems in the Banking Hall, the needs of both staff and customer s and developments in the technological age. Therefore the futuristik concept is an interior concept that can fulfill the concept of digital banking technology. On the other hand, this also needs to be complemented by the customer experience aspect, an elegant and secure interior and an atmosphere that feels advanced. The research results are in the form of designs for the main hall area, customer service area, teller area, meeting room area, and board of directors area. Based on a futuristik concept and incorporating the BNI corporate identity, the Banking Hall area is designed using the company's colors, namely oranye and turquoise. Design elements in the interior, especially on the walls and floors, are also adapted from the BNI corporate identity. Digital banking technology implementation is also applied to the Banking Hall design, with self-service areas, video banking, and an interactive discovery zone. This technology provides a new experience for customer s in obtaining banking services.
