Abstract

Depot pengisian air minum isi ulang PURE "ARH" yang terletak dijalan Arief Rahman Hakim, Klampis Ngasem masih kurang praktis dan tidak efisien. Sebab mesin yang masih manual dengan tombol manual menekan saklar untuk on-off dan melakukan pengamatan secara visual hingga galon terisi penuh. Sehingga hal tersebut menimbulkan ketidakpastian pengisian volume air. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini dibuatlah sebuah prototipe otomatisasi dan sistem monitoring pada pengisian air galon berbasis aplikasi android. Penggunaan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 untuk pendeteksi galon dengan jarak ± 20cm dan Sensor waterflow FS400A untuk mengetahui jumlah volume air yang terisi. Selanjutnya dari hasil pengisian air galon dapat di monitoring yang dapat memunculkan banyaknya jumlah pengisian dan jumlah volume yang kemudian dikirim pada aplikasi android. Galon yang digunakan ada tiga sampel yaitu 5 liter, 15 liter, dan 19 liter. Untuk proses pengisian dapat dikonfigurasi volume pengisian yang terdapat di aplikasi Android untuk para pemilik depot air minum isi ulang menentukan set point yang diinginkan sesuai kapasitas galon. Hasil validasi sensor flow FS400A G1 dengan nilai rata-rata error sebesar 1,35% sehingga tingkat akurasi sebesar 98,65% sedangkan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 memiliki nilai rata-rata error sebesar 1,31% dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 98,69%. Sedangkan untuk hasil pengujian sistem kontrol pengisian air galon dengan metode kontrol on-off pada tugas akhir ini telah berhasil dengan tingkat error sebesar 0,81% untuk set point 5 liter, 1,26% untuk set point 15 liter, dan 2,94% untuk set point 19 liter. Dari hasil tersebut bahwa sistem kontrol pengisian air berjalan maka aktuator berjalan baik dengan logika 1 dan setelah mencapai set point maka aktuator bekerja mematikan dengan berlogika 0.

The PURE "ARH" refillable drinking water filling station located on Arief Rahman Hakim Street, Klampis Ngasem, is still not practical and efficient. This is because the machine is still manual, using a manual button to press the switch for on-off and visually observing until the gallon is completely filled. This creates uncertainty in the filling volume of water. Therefore, in this research, an automated prototype and monitoring system for gallon filling based on an Android application were developed. The HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor is used to detect the gallon at a distance of approximately 20cm, and the FS400A waterflow sensor is used to determine the volume of water filled. Furthermore, the filled gallon data can be monitored, displaying the number of fillings and the volume, which are then sent to the Android application. Three gallon samples are used: 5 liters, 15 liters, and 19 liters. The filling process can be configured with the desired filling volume in the Android application, allowing the owners of the refillable drinking water depot to determine the desired set point according to the gallon's capacity. The validation results of the FS400A G1 flow sensor show an average error of 1.35%, resulting in an accuracy level of 98.65%, while the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor has an average error of 1.31% with an accuracy level of 98.69%. As for the testing of the gallon filling control system using the on-off control method in this final project, it has been successfully achieved with an error rate of 0.81% for the 5-liter set point, 1.26% for the 15-liter set point, and 2.94% for the 19-liter set point. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the water filling control system is functioning properly, with the actuator operating in logic 1 and, after reaching the set point, the actuator works to turn off in logic 0.
