Abstract

Dalam aspek K3, risiko yang bersifat negative seperti cedera, kerusakan atau gangguan operasi harus dihindari atau ditekan seminimal mungkin. Dengan mengetahui potensi risiko maka seluruh elemen pekerja dapat lebih waspada serta dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, produktif, dan efisien. Namun, penggambaran hubungan keterkaitan antara satu risiko dengan risiko lainnya sering kali tidak digambarkan. Padahal hal tersebut dianggap penting untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan risiko tersebut muncul. Di samping itu, mengetahui keterkaitan antar satu risiko juga dapat membantu untuk memahami bagaimana faktor risiko yang berbeda dapat mempengaruhi sistem secara keseluruhan. Pada penilitian ini penulis berusaha menggabungkan Cause and Effect Diagram (CED) dengan Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) dan Analytic Network Process (ANP) atau yang dapat diistilahkan dengan metode CED-FAN. Penggabungan metode ini akan di uji coba pada pabrik pengemasan semen di Banyuwangi. Melalui CED-FAN, didapatkan 37 potensi risiko operasional yang mungkin dapat muncul pada proses bisnis pengemasan. Seluruh risiko akan dianalisis, dinilai, dan dievaluasi untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengetahui potensi risiko dan bahaya pada proses pengemasan agar karyawan dan lingkungan kerja senantiasa aman, sehat, dan nyaman, serta dapat memperkuat kualitas pengemasan semen

In Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), risks have negative impacts with examples such as injury, damage, or operational problems. Thus, negative risks must be reduced, or even removed completely. By knowing all of the risk potentials, the workers could become more aware of their surroundings and create a productive, safe, and efficient environment. However, the relationship between each risk is rarely described even though it is important. Moreover, evaluating the dependencies between each risk can help to understand how each of the factors might affect the system. In this research, the author tries to combine Cause and Effect Diagram (CED) with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Analytic Network Process (ANP), all of them combined as CED-FAN method. The combined method is tested on cement packing plant company in Banyuwangi. By utilizing CED-FAN method, 37 operational risk potentials that might occur on the packing plant’s business process are produced. These risks are then analyzed, assessed, and finally evaluated to help the company assess the risks potentials and hazards on packing process to create safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for the workers, while also increasing the cement’s packing quality.
