Abstract

Green port adalah sebuah konsep yang digunakan pada suatu pelabuhan untuk dapat mengurangi adanya pencemaran lingkungan yang ada di wilayah pelabuhan. Selain itu, konsep green port juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap aspek sosial dan juga aspek ekonomi kepada daerah di sekitar pelabuhan maupun pelabuhan itu sendiri. Dengan diterapkannya konsep green port, maka akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap tiga aspek
tersebut. Terminal Teluk Lamong merupakan terminal multipurpose, yaitu terminal yang melayani bongkar muat komoditas kargo umum yang ada di daerah Surabaya yang berada dibawah naungan PT. Pelindo III serta salah satu pelabuhan di Indonesia yang ramah lingkungan atau pelabuhan yang menerapkan konsep green port. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari penerapan konsep green port di Terminal Teluk Lamong. untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut terlebih dahulu dilakukan identifikasi kriteria-kriteria green port yang diterapkan di Terminal Teluk Lamong dengan menggunakan alat analisis Delphi. Tahap selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian terkait dampak dari penerapan konsep green port di Terminal Teluk Lamong berdasarkan penilaian kategori responden, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis skoring. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan beberapa variabel yang berpengaruh, tidak berpengaruh, dan juga terdapat variabel baru yang didapatkan dalam wawancara analisis Delphi. Sementara itu, berdasarkan hasil penialaian dari kategori responden, hanya terdapat satu variabel yang dinilai kurang puas. Dimana variabel tersebut adalah variabel pengelolaan hubungan dengan masyarakat setempat. Salah satu dari kategori responden menyatakan variabel tersebut kurang puas karena sudah tidak ada lagi kerja sama antara pihak pengelola dengan masyarakat setempat.

Teluk Lamong Terminal is a multipurpose terminal, which is a terminal that serves the loading and unloading of general cargo commodities in the Surabaya area under the auspices of PT. Pelindo III as well as one of the ports in Indonesia that are environmentally friendly or a port that applies the green port
concept. This study aims to evaluate the impact of implementing the green port concept at Terminal Teluk Lamong. First, use the Delphi analysis tool to identify the green port criteria applied at Terminal Teluk Lamong to achieve this goal. Furthermore, an assessment was carried out related to the impact of implementing the green port concept at Terminal Teluk Lamong based on the assessment of respondent categories, which were then analyzed using scoring analysis. From the research that has been done, there are several variables that are influential, influential, and there are also new variables obtained in the Delphi analysis interview. Meanwhile, based on the assessment of the respondent category, there is only one variable that is considered less satisfied. Where these variables are variables in managing relationships with local communities. One of the categories of respondents stated that the variable was not satisfied because there was no more cooperation between the management and the local community.
