Abstract

Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan Jlantah terletak di Desa Tlobo dan Desa Karangsari, Kecamatan Jatiyoso Kabupaten Karanganyar Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sebelum dilakukan timbunan Inti tubuh Bendungan Utama, perbaikan pondasi Bendungan Utama sangat diperlukan untuk mengurangi rembesan dengan parameter nilai Lugeon harus < 5. Penyelesaian perbaikan perbaikan pondasi Bendungan Utama akan mempengaruhi kelanjutan penyelesaian bendungan. Permasalahan yang menjadi dasar penelitian ini adalah nilai Lugeon di lokasi river bed masih > 5 setelah dilakukan grouting. Penelitian ini menganalisis hasil evaluasi pekerjaan grouting yang sudah dilaksanakan, analisis peta Lugeon hasil grouting, meneliti hasil core box batuan lokasi river bed, analisis kandungan mineral batuan dari laboratorium Petrografi, meneliti material semen yang digunakan sesuai kondisi batuan, membuat pola titik grouting tambahan. Hasil trial campuran grouting, trial grouting dengan Semen OPC Tipe I dengan jarak 0,25m x 0,25 m mendapatkan hasil Nilai Lugeon < 5 dan mendapatkan Efektivitas grouting kategori Baik.

The Jlantah Dam Development Project is located in Tlobo Village and Karangsari Village, Jatiyoso District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java Province. Prior to embankment of the Main Dam Core zone, repair of the Main Dam foundation is urgently needed to reduce seepage with the Lugeon value parameter having to be < 5. Completion of the main dam foundation repairs will affect the continuation of the dam completion. The problem that forms the basis of this research is that the Lugeon value at the river bed location is still > 5 after grouting. This research analyzes the evaluation results of the grouting work that has been carried out, analyzes the Lugeon maps of the grouting results, examines the results of the rock core box at the river bed location, analyzes the mineral content of the rock from the Petrography Laboratory, examines the cement material used according to the rock conditions, makes additional grouting point patterns. The results of the mixed grouting trial, the grouting trial with Type I OPC Cement with a spacing of 0.25m x 0.25m resulted in a Lugeon value of <5 and the Good category of grouting effectiveness.
