Abstract

Pada tahun 2021, disebutkan bahwa intervensi untuk melestarikan bangunan bersejarah telah dilakukan out yaitu beberapa bangunan bersejarah seperti Museum Antara dan gedung kantor pos diaktivasi dan dijadikan tempat nongkrong anak muda. Mengikuti perkembangan zaman, bangunan juga telah bertransformasi mengikuti kondisi modernisasi saat ini. Perubahan yang terjadi pada beberapa bangunan tersebut juga akan mengubah citra kawasan di masa mendatang. Di sisi lain, Pemkot Jakarta Pusat masih belum memiliki konsep dalam menata dan mengelola Jl. Antara merupakan kawasan yang termasuk dalam cagar budaya ibu kota Jakarta. Pada kondisi eksisting saat ini, citra yang diberikan Jalan Antara Pasar Baru perlu diketahui. Hasil analisis mengungkapkan bahwa citra yang dimiliki oleh Koridor Jalan Antara adalah citra historis dan indikator yang berkontribusi terbentuknya citra historis tersebut adalah Jalan, Tepian, Distrik, Simpulan dan Landmark sesuai dengan kriteria yang disetujui oleh stakeholder terkait. Berdasarkan penjabaran yang dilakukan Jalan Antara adalah jalan yang memiliki akses langsung dengan Jalan Pasar Baru. Tepian yang dimiliki oleh lokasi studi adalah terbentangnya Kali Ciliwung. Latar belakang masyarakat yang tergolong dalam jenis jenis yang unik meskipun bervariasi. Arsitektur dari seluruh kawasan di distrik menganut konsep yang sama yaitu bangunan bercirikan zaman kolonial belanda. Titik fokus dalam Kawasan adalah Pagar Pintu Masuk, Jalan Utama Pasar Baru, dan untuk di Jalan Antara adalah Tepat di posisi Museum Antara. Sementara Landmark yang diketahui oleh setiap stakeholder adalah Pagar dari Pasar Baru.

In 2021, it is stated that interventions to preserve historical buildings have been carried out, namely several historic buildings such as the Antara Museum and the post office building which have been activated and become places for young people to hang out. Following the times, the building has also been transformed to follow the current modernization conditions. Changes that occur in some of these buildings will also change the image of the area in the future. On the other hand, the City Government of Central Jakarta still doesn't have a concept in managing and managing Jl. Antara is an area included in the cultural heritage of the capital city of Jakarta. In the current existing condition, it is necessary to know the image given by Jalan Antara Pasar Baru. The results of the analysis reveal that the image owned by the Jalan Antara Corridor is a historical image and the indicators that contribute to the formation of this historical image are Roads, Edges, Districts, Conclusions and Landmarks in accordance with the criteria approved by the relevant stakeholders. Based on the elaboration carried out by Jalan Antara, it is a road that has direct access to Jalan Pasar Baru. The bank of the study location is the Ciliwung River. The background of the people who belong to a unique type although varied. The architecture of all areas in the district adheres to the same concept, namely buildings characterized by the Dutch colonial era. The focal point in the area is the Entrance Fence, Main Jalan Pasar Baru, and for Jalan Antara is right at the position of the Antara Museum. While the Landmark that is known by every stakeholder is the Fence from Pasar Baru.
