Abstract
Pemberdayaan Warga Binaan melalui Program Integrated Ecofarming yang bernama Bimasakti singkatan dari Bina Masyarakat Peduli Keanekaragaman Hayati digagas oleh Tim Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) PT. Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) RU VI Balongan sebagai pembina dan fasilitator. Program Bimasakti merupakan upaya untuk memberdayakan masyarakat narapidana atau Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) dengan memberikan pelatihan program berkonsep Integrated Ecofarming (Sistem Pertanian Terpadu).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses implementasi Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) dan model Circular Economy pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan warga binaan melalui Program Integrated Ecofarming di Lapas Kelas II B Kabupaten Indramayu. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripsi kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, hasil penelitian ini menemukan terdapat 5 implementasi teknologi tepat guna (TTG) pada konsep alih teknologi Integrated Ecofarming, yaitu identifikasi potensi dan masalah, alasan pemilihan TTG dengan analisis SWOT, penetapan sasaran penerima, metode transfer TTG, monitoring dan evaluasi program. Hasil penelitian kedua menemukan bahwa model Circular Economy yang diimplementasikan dengan proses pengolahan sampah organik sesuai dengan model Circular Economy, yaitu bahan baku proses pengolahan sampah, hasil produksi, distribusi hasil produksi, konsumsi, dan pengumpulan sisa konsumsi (waste collections) untuk diambil kembali manfaatnya (recovered).

Empowerment of Prisoners through Integrated Ecofarming Program named Bimasakti which stands for Bina Masyarakat Peduli Keanekaragaman Hayati was initiated by the Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) Team of PT Pertamina International Refinery (KPI) RU VI Balongan as a coach and facilitator. The Bimasakti program is an effort to empower the community of prisoners (WBP) by providing training programs with the concept of Integrated Ecofarming (Integrated Farming System). This study aims to describe the process of implementing Appropriate Technology (TTG) and the Circular Economy model in the implementation of empowerment activities for prisoners through the Integrated Ecofarming Program at Class II B Correctional Facility, Indramayu Regency. By using a qualitative description approach and case study method, the results of this study found that there are 5 implementations of appropriate technology (TTG) in the concept of Integrated Ecofarming’s technology transfer, namely identification of potential and problems, reasons for choosing appropriate technology with SWOT analysis, determination of recipient targets, appropriate technology transfer methods, program’s monitoring and evaluation. The results of the second study found that the Circular Economy model implemented with the organic waste processing process is in accordance with the Circular Economy model, namely raw materials for waste processing, production results, distribution of production results, consumption, and waste collections to be recovered.
