Abstract

Keberadaan wisata yang ramai pengunjung dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar juga menjadi salah satu indikator terjadinya roda pergerakan ekonomi yang baik pada kota. Berangkat dari dibutuhkannya penyediaan kawasan pariwisata, Kota Mojokerto sebagai kota dengan industri alas kaki terbanyak serta penghasil produk alas kaki terbaik di Jawa Timur sudah setingkat internasional pun menjadi pertimbangan untuk agar dapat dikembangkan menjadi kawasan berbasis kreativitas oleh pemerintah setempat agar dapat mendukung perekonomian yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan arahan pengembangan kawasan wisata kreatif berbasis industri alas kaki di Kecamatan Prajurit kulon, Kota Mojokerto. Terdapat dua sasaran dalam penelitian ini yang diantaranya, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan kawasan wisata kreatif berbasis industri alas kaki di Kecamatan Prajurit kulon Kota Mojokerto, dan merumuskan arahan pengembangan kawasan wisata kreatif berbasis industri alas kaki di Kecamatan Prajurit kulon, Kota Mojokerto. Melalui tujuan dan sasaran yang ada dilakukannya pemilihan faktor yang berpengaruh yang selanjutnya akan diolah ke tahapan analisis menggunakan teknik analisis delphi yang melibatkan beberapa expert berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengembangan kawasan wisata kreatif berbasis industri alas kaki di Kecamatan Prajurit kulon, Kota Mojokerto yang diantaranya Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, dan Pariwisata Kota Mojokerto, Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Mojokerto, serta masyarkat, dan lembaga sekitar Kecamatan Prajurit kulon. Faktor dari sasaran pertama diolah kembali menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang menghasilkan sasaran kedua. Diharapkan melalui penelitian ini, dihasilkan rumusan arahan pengembangan kawasan pariwisata kreatif perkotaan berbasis industri alas kaki yang tepat sasaran dan dapat dipergunakan sebagai referensi dan bahan pertimbangan bagi Pemerintah Kota Mojokerto agar mewujudkan kawasan wisata kreatif perkotaan berbasis industri alas kaki yang diminati oleh masyarakat.

The existence of tourism that is crowded with visitors and can meet the needs of the surrounding community is also an indicator of a good wheel of economic movement in the city. Departing from the need to provide tourism areas, the City of Mojokerto as a city with the most footwear industry and the best footwear product producer in East Java, which is already at an international level, is also a consideration for it to be developed into a creativity-based area by the local government so that it can support the existing economy. This study aims to formulate directions for the development of a creative tourism area based on the footwear industry in the Prajurit Kulon District, Mojokerto City. There are two objectives in this study which include analyzing the factors that influence the development of creative tourism areas based on the footwear industry in the Prajurit Kulon District, Mojokerto City, and formulating directions for the development of creative tourism areas based on the footwear industry in the Prajurit Kulon District, Mojokerto City. Through the existing goals and objectives, the selection of influential factors will then be processed into the analysis stage using the Delphi analysis technique which involves several experts based on the level of importance and their influence on the development of creative tourism areas based on the footwear industry in Prajurit Kulon District, Mojokerto City, including the Department of Mojokerto City Youth, Sports and Tourism, the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives, Industry and Trade of the City of Mojokerto, as well as the community and institutions around the Prajurit Kulon District. The factors from the first target were reprocessed using a qualitative descriptive analysis which resulted in the second target. It is hoped that through this research, a formulation of directions for the development of an urban creative tourism area based on the footwear industry will be produced that is right on target and can be used as a reference and material for consideration for the Mojokerto City Government to create an urban creative tourism area based on the footwear industry that is in demand by the public.
