Abstract

PT Wijaya Karya memiliki visi yang meliputi aspek people, planet, dan profit. Salah satu cara untuk mendukung kinerja perusahaan adalah melalui Sumber Daya Manusia. Karyawan yang ditempatkan di proyek dituntut untuk memberikan performa yang baik dan mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi tantangan, ketidakpastian, dan perubahan yang teratur. Keterampilan ketahanan karyawan yang baik dan persepsi karyawan mengenai dukungan organisasi berdampak terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif yang dirasakan serta berdampak pada kemampuan mereka dalam menghasilkan kinerjanya. Sehingga, penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh employee resilience dan perceived organizational support terhadap subjective wellbeing dan employee performance. Penelitian ini dikhususkan pada karyawan proyek Divisi Infrastruktur PT Wijaya Karya Persero Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausalitas deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan survey dengan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 135 melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online dan offline. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dan diuji menggunakan software SMART-PLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel employee resilience dan subjective wellbeing berpengaruh terhadap employee performance. Sedangkan variabel perceived organizational support ditemukan berpengaruh terhadap subjective wellbeing namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee performance. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam upaya pengembangan SDM tentunya karyawan proyek pada Divisi Infrastruktur PT Wijaya Karya.

PT Wijaya Karya has a vision that includes aspects of people, planet, and profit. One way to support company performance is through Human Resources. Employees who are placed in projects are required to provide good performance and be able to survive in the face of challenges, uncertainties, and regular changes. Good employee resilience skills and employee perceptions of organizational support have an impact on perceived subjective well-being and impact on their ability to improve their performance. Thus, this study analyzes the effect of employee resilience and perceived organizational support on subjective wellbeing and employee performance. This research is devoted to project employees of the Infrastructure Division of PT Wijaya Karya Persero Tbk. This research uses a descriptive quantitative causality method. Data collection was carried out using a survey with a questionnaire. The data obtained were 135 through the distribution of online and offline questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and tested using SMART-PLS 3.2.9 software. The results showed that employee resilience and subjective wellbeing variables had an effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the variable perceived organizational support was found to have an effect on subjective wellbeing but had no effect on employee performance. This research is expected to be a consideration in efforts to develop human resources, especially project employees in the Infrastructure Division of PT Wijaya Karya
