Abstract

Penggunaan mobile payment pada era digitalisasi memberikan peluang bagi bisnis dalam melayani pelanggan untuk melakukan transaksi pembayaran menggunakan smartphone secara online. Pertumbuhan penggunaan mobile payment semakin meningkat diakibatkan suatu tren dalam transfer secara efisiensi pada suatu aplikasi dengan memanfaatkan QRIS bagi bisnis di Indonesia. Penerapan mobile payment berbasis QRIS mengubah perilaku konsumen transaksi jual beli terhubung secara digital tanpa menggunakan kartu dan uang tunai secara offline. Kondisi ini bagi pelaku usaha memerlukan pemahaman dari penerapan mobile payment agar dapat bersaing untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Penerapan mobile payment berbasis QRIS ini bisa mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi pada sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). UMKM menjadi peran penting untuk membangkitkan ekonomi daerah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dibutuhkan suatu pedoman atau panduan skenario untuk memudahkan penerapan suatu teknologi bagi UMKM sebagai rekomendasi selanjutnya agar dapat menunjukkan peningkatan daya saing dalam dunia bisnis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan skenario mobile payment berbasis QRIS menggunakan praktik ITIL 4 dan model kerangka kerja mobile payment. Penerapan scenario pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Action Research dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk membantu menyelesaikan skenario UMKM dan mengevaluasi skenario membantu UMKM berdasarkan indikator UMKM Go Digital. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model skenario mobile payment berbasis QRIS yang digunakan di UMKM untuk meningkatkan kinerja penjualan dan mencapai UMKM Go Digital. Terdapat faktor eksternal skenario konteks mobile payment seperti: inovasi teknologi, ketersediaan stok, keputusan pembeli dan dukungan pemerintah.

Mobile payment users in the digitalization era provide opportunities for businesses to serve customers to make payment transactions using smartphones online. The growth in use of mobile payments is increasing, resulting in a trend in transfers efficiently in an application by utilizing QRIS for businesses in Indonesia. The mobile payment application on QRIS has changed consumer behavior in digitally connected buying and selling transactions without using a card and offline cash. This condition for businesses requires an understanding of the implementation of mobile payments to compete to increase sales. The mobile payment application on QRIS can accelerate economic recovery in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. MSMEs play an important role in reviving the regional economy. Therefore, this research requires a guide or scenario guide to facilitate the application of technology for MSMEs as a further recommendation to show increased competitiveness in the business world. This research aims to develop a mobile payment scenario on QRIS using ITIL 4 practices and a mobile payment framework model. Applying the scenarios in this study, use the Action Research method with a qualitative approach to help solve MSME scenarios and evaluate scenarios for helping MSMEs based on MSME Go Digital indicators. This research resulted in developing mobile payment scenarios on QRIS that SMEs use to improve sales performance and achieve MSME Go Digital. There are external factors in mobile payment scenarios, such as technological innovation, stock availability, consumer purchase decision, and government support.
