Abstract

Haji merupakan suatu ibadah yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh umat islam uang mampu. Dalam pelaksanaannya, jamaah haji akan melaksanakan ibadah dalam waktu yang cukup lama yaitu sekitar 40 hari. Bagi jamaah haji yang baru saja pergi ke luar negeri, tentunya sulit untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang bagaimana mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari mereka di sana. Jamaah yang masih awam dan kurang familiar dengan teknologi juga akan mengalami kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Pada penelitian kali ini akan merancang desain interaksi Q/A Closed Domain terkait kehidupan sehari-hari jamaah haji yaitu sandang, pangan, papan, komunikasi, kesehatan yang berada di sekitar Mekkah dan Madinah. Chatbot dikembangkan pada aplikasi Telegram dengan menggunakan model AI idT5. Setelah dikembangkan Chatbot diuji menggunakan metode Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, dan Kuisioner. Dihasilkan chatbot "InfoHajiBot" layak untuk digunakan, mendapat status 122 kali keberhasilan dan 2 kali status gagal dalam penggunaan fitur, dan 77.06% skor kepuasan dari responden pada kuisioner.

Hajj is a mandatory pilgrimage for financially capable Muslims. During its implementation, hajj pilgrims will perform religious rituals for a considerable period of around 40 days. For pilgrims who have just traveled abroad, it is undoubtedly challenging to obtain information on how to meet their daily needs there. Novice pilgrims who are less familiar with technology will also face difficulties in accessing the necessary information. This research aims to design the interaction of a Q/A Closed Domain related to the daily lives of hajj pilgrims, specifically focusing on clothing, food, shelter, communication, and healthcare around Makkah and Madinah. The chatbot will be developed on the Telegram application using the AI idT5 model. After development, the chatbot will be tested using Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and a questionnaire. The results show that the "InfoHajiBot" chatbot is deemed suitable for use, with 122 successful interactions and 2 failed interactions with the features, and a 77.06% satisfaction score from respondents in the questionnaire.
