Abstract

Fenomena COVID-19 memberikan pembelajaran bahwa perubahan pada proses rantai pasokan dapat terjadi begitu cepat. Kondisi ini menyebabkan perusahaan semakin rentan terhadap risiko gangguan rantai pasokan, yang dapat mengancam kinerja rantai pasokan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, menjadi
sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk memiliki rantai pasokan yang dapat diandalkan dan tangguh dalam menghadapi perubahan situasi yang cepat. Resiliensi rantai pasokan, atau kemampuan untuk tetap dapat diandalkan dalam menghadapi situasi sulit, menjadi kunci penting dalam menjaga kinerja rantai pasokan. Maka salah satu strategi yang paling efektif adalah meninjau ulang keterampilan dan kompetensi rantai pasokan karyawan yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh
keterampilan dan kompetensi rantai pasokan karyawan terhadap praktik manajemen risiko dan resiliensi rantai pasokan perusahaan. Penelitian memiliki jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah keterampilan dan kompetensi rantai pasokan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap praktik manajemen risiko dan resiliensi rantai pasokan perusahaan. Selain itu, dapat dibuktikan bahwa praktik manajemen risiko rantai pasokan memediasi hubungan antara keterampilan dan kompetensi rantai pasokan terhadap resiliensi rantai pasokan pada beberapa perusahaan manufaktur di Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan seluruh hipotesis penelitian ini diterima.

The COVID-19 phenomenon provides lessons that changes to the supply chain process can change so quickly. This condition makes companies increasingly vulnerable to the risk of supply chain disruptions, which can threaten the performance of the supply chain as a whole. Therefore, it becomes very
important for companies to have a reliable and resilient supply chain in the face of rapidly changing situations. Supply chain resilience, or the ability to remain reliable in the face of difficult situations, is an important key in maintaining supply chain performance. So, one of the most effective strategies is to review the supply chain skills and competencies of employees owned by a company. In this
study, the aim is to identify the influence of supply chain employee skills and competencies on risk management practices and resilience of the company's supply chain. The study has a sample size of 115 respondents. The analysis
method uses PLS-SEM with the help of Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of this study are supply chain skills and competencies have a positive influence on risk management practices and resilience of the company's supply chain. In
addition, it can be proven that supply chain risk management practices mediate the relationship between supply chain skills and competencies on supply chain resilience in several manufacturing companies in East Java. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that all hypotheses of this study are accepted.
