Abstract

Kita hidup di sebuah planet yang memiliki Sumber Daya Alam yang terbatas, sehingga pemakaian Sumber Daya tersebut tidak dapatlah diteruskan secara linear dimana suatu saat akan datang dimana Sumber Daya tersebut habis, oleh karena itu dibutuhkanlah transisi menuju Circular Economy atau Ekonomi yang sirkular, dimana waste yang keluar dari sebuah loop proses produksi minimal atau bahkan tidak ada, untuk meraih hal tersebut diperlukan cara untuk mengulas dan memeriksa sudah sebagaimana sirkulerkah suatu sistem atau produk, salah satu cara yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Indikator – Indikator CE, Konsep 9R, dan Material Circularity Indicators (MCI). Dalam pelaksanaan Tugas Akhir kali ini penulis mengukur nilai sirkularitas pada suatu Oil Company, dalam peneliian ini, pengukuran MCI di modifikasi untuk mengakomodasi dengan ketersediaan data yang ada dan juga membuat MCI yang menaungi Nilai Indikator Sirkularitas dan Nilai Konsep 9R (Refuse, Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Refurbish, Remanufacture, Repurpose, Recycle and Recover) yang disebut MCIRev, pada saat ini, penanganan waste pada Oil Company hanya dikirimkan ke pihak ketiga sebagai bahan bakar, hal tersebut kurang sejalan dengan prinsip Circular Economy, sehingga dengan menggunakan Limbah Oli Bekas yang dihasilkan sebagai bahan untuk membuat High Speed Diesel (HSD), Nilai MCI dapat dimaksimalkan hingga 0,723 dan Nilai MCIRev dimaksimalkan hinggal 0,388 dengan proses yang sejalan dengan prinsip CE untuk menciptakan value atau nilai dari limbah atau waste.

We live on a planet that has a finite number of Natural Resources that are available, therefore, the consumption of these Resources cannot be continued to be consumed linearly, this is because one day those Natural Resources will run out, therefore a transition to a Circular Economy is needed, in Circular Economy waste is hoped to be of minimal amount or even non-existent within the production process loop, in order to achieve this, a way is needed to review and evaluate how circular a system or product is, one of the method that is used is to use CE Indicators, 9R (Refuse, Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Refurbish, Remanufacture, Repurpose, Recycle and Recover) Concepts, and Material Circularity Indicators (MCI) . In order to carry out this Final Project the author measures the value of circularity in an Oil Company product, in this study, the MCI measurement is modified to accommodate the availability of existing data and also makes the MCI that include the Circularity Indicator Value and 9R Concept Value called MCIRev, at this time , waste handling at the Oil Company is only sent to third parties as fuel, this is not in line with the circular economy principle, so by using the waste oil produced as a material for making High Speed Diesel (HSD), the MCI value can be maximized up to 0.723 and The MCIRev value is maximized up to 0.388 with a process that is in line with CE principles to create value from waste
