Abstract
Udang merupakan salah satu primadona ekspor Indonesia yang perlu ditingkatkan baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitasnya, mengingat Indonesia sendiri negara eksportir udang terbesar ke tiga di pasar dunia. Namun budidaya udang di air payau memiliki tantangan tersendiri yaitu penyebaran penyakit udang secara meluas berpengaruh pada hasil produksi. Oleh sebab itu, pengelolaan kualitas air yang tepat dapat menjaga mutu kolam air payau, sehingga meminimalisir angka penyebaran penyakit yang di sebabkan oleh kualitas air yang buruk. Paramater air pada kolam air payau untuk budidaya udang yang baik dengan nilai salinitas 15-25 ptt, temperatur 28-32 °C, kadar pH 7,5-8 dan kadar amonia tidak lebih dari 0,2 mg/L. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas akhir ini akan dibuat sistem kontrol dan monitoring kadar amonia pada budidaya udang di air payau yang dilengkapi dengan pompa dan motorized valve untuk mengalirkan air dan membuang air. Sensor yang digunakan untuk mengukur kadar yaitu sensor amonia. Pengendalian kadar amonia dilakukan oleh ESP32 dengan menggunakan kontrol On-Off serta dilengkapi sistem monitoring berbasis aplikasi android sehingga dapat dimonitoring pada smartphone pengguna.

Shrimp is one of Indonesia's flagship exports that needs to be improved in terms of both quality and quantity, considering that Indonesia itself is the third largest shrimp exporter in the global market. However, shrimp cultivation in brackish water poses its own challenges, such as the widespread spread of shrimp diseases that affect production outcomes. Therefore, proper water quality management can maintain the quality of brackish water ponds and minimize the spread of diseases caused by poor water quality. The parameters for good shrimp cultivation in brackish water ponds are salinity levels of 15-25 ppt, temperature of 28-32 °C, pH level of 7.5-8, and ammonia levels not exceeding 0.2 mg/L. Hence, in this final project, a control and monitoring system for ammonia levels in shrimp cultivation in brackish water will be developed, equipped with a pump and motorized valve for water inflow and outflow. The sensor used to measure the levels is an ammonia sensor. Ammonia level control will be performed by an ESP32 using On-Off control, and a monitoring system based on an Android application will be implemented, allowing users to monitor the process on their smartphones.
