Abstract

PT C-SAT System merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan jasa terkait dengan produk panel listrik. PT C-SAT System melakukan pekerjaan berbasis proyek dengan memproduksi produk atau jasa yang sesuai dengan permintaan customer. Sebagian besar proyek yang diterima oleh PT C-SAT System adalah proyek pembuatan panel listrik. Hampir setiap aktivitas dalam proses pembuatan panel listrik sangat rentan dengan bahaya listrik yang dapat menimbulkan risiko kerugian bagi perusahaan. PT C-SAT System telah menerapkan manajemen risiko yang hanya berfokus pada keselamatan dan kecelakaan kerja yang di mana belum mampu mengakomodasi seluruh kemungkinan risiko yang dapat terjadi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengelolaan risiko yang komprehensif berdasarkan setiap aktivitas pada proses produksi, terutama proses pembuatan panel listrik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Identifikasi risiko pada proses produksi panel listrik dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode fault tree analysis dengan menemukan penyebab risiko melalui penentuan tujuan dan kegagalan pada masing-masing aktivitas proses produksi. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi risiko, diperoleh 192 risiko dari 64 aktivitas atau 11 proses utama pada proses produksi panel listrik. Kemudian, dilakukan penilaian dan evaluasi risiko menggunakan metode failure mode and effect analysis. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan RPN, diketahui bahwa terdapat 30% risiko merupakan high risk, 69% risiko merupakan medium risk, dan 1% risiko merupakan low risk. Setelah dilakukan penentuan level risiko, dilakukan penentuan prioritas risiko dengan menggunakan konsep pareto dan diperoleh bahwa terdapat 112 risiko yang termasuk ke dalam risiko prioritas dan 80 risiko yang termasuk ke dalam risiko non-prioritas. Risiko yang termasuk ke dalam risiko prioritas dan memiliki nilai severity minimal sebesar 9 akan dibuat rekomendasi upaya penanganan risiko.

PT C-SAT System is a company engaged in manufacturing and services related to electrical panel products. PT C-SAT System does project-based work by producing products or services in accordance with customer requests. Most of the projects received by PT C-SAT System are electrical panel manufacturing projects. Almost every activity in the process of making electrical panels is very vulnerable to electrical hazards that can pose a risk of loss to the company. PT C-SAT System has implemented risk management that only focuses on safety and work accidents which have not been able to accommodate all possible risks that can occur. Therefore, comprehensive risk management is needed based on each activity in the production process, especially the process of making electrical panels. The methods used in this research are Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Risk identification in the electrical panel production process is carried out using the fault tree analysis method by finding the cause of the risk through determining the objectives and failures in each production process activity. Based on the results of risk identification, 192 risks were obtained from 64 activities or 11 main processes in the electrical panel production process. Then, risk assessment and evaluation are carried out using the failure mode and effect analysis method. Based on the results of the RPN calculation, it is known that 30% of the risks are high risk, 69% are medium risk, and 1% are low risk. After determining the risk level, risk prioritization is carried out using the pareto concept and it is found that there are 112 risks included in priority risks and 80 risks included in non-priority risks. Risks that are included in priority risks and have a minimum severity value of 9 will be made recommendations for risk handling efforts.
