Abstract
Industri Kereta Api merupakan perusahaan manufaktur kereta api di Indonesia yang memiliki bisnis utama manufaktur kereta api serta transportasi darat lainnya. Untuk dapat tumbuh dan berkembang perusahaan harus mempunyai model bisnis baru atau segmen produk baru yang memiliki usia peremajaan yang lebih cepat dari kereta api dan mendukung program green energy dari pemerintah yang dalam hal ini adalah segmen produk Electric Vehicle (EV Bus). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Integrated methodology dalam perancangan Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC) untuk mendapatkan model bisnis PSS. Pada model bisnis ini telah diterjemahkan tidak hanya kebutuhan pelanggan tetapi juga mempertimbangkan kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan melakukan modifikasi pada input informasi data awal dengan mengunakan Multi layer Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan AHP yang diintegrasikan antara kebutuhan pelanggan dan perusahaan. Dari Hasil penelitian didipatkan 3 (tiga) model bisnis PSS yang mewakili bentuk bisnis model M1- Product Oriented, M2-User Oriented, dan M3-Result Oriented terdapat 1 (satu) model yang paling direkomendasikan untuk diaplikasikan oleh perusahaan yaitu model bisnis 3 (tiga) (Availibilty sarana/Buy the service). Model ini dipandang attractive bagi pelanggan karena pelanggan tidak perlu berinvestasi atas sarana serta dapat mengoptimalisasikan biaya operasi. Dengan model bisnis ini perusahaan memiliki potensi proyek dan pendapatan yang lebih banyak dan repetitif yang dapat diterima oleh perusahaan.

Industri Kereta Api was Rollingstock manufactured in Indonesia which have core business on manufacturing Rollingstock and automotive mass transportation. To become growth and sustain company, they should have new business model or new segment product which have shorter life cycle than Rollingstock product and supported on Green Energy Government Program that is Electric Vehicle (EV Bus) product. This research was used Integrated Methodology into Business Model Canvas (BMC) to provide PSS. This business model has been translated not only customer need but also company need. This research was develop by modified on the input data information using Multi layer Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and AHP method which is integrated between customer need and company need. The Result are 3 (three) business model of PSS which represent business model M1- Product Oriented, M2-User Oriented, and M3-Result Oriented and there is 1 (one) business model which recommended to be applied to company that is business model M3 (Availibilty sarana/Buy the service). This model is looked attractive for the customer because they no need to invest the product and they can optimize the operational cost. So at the end this business model can make the company many of potentially project and repetitive revenue which can be receive by the company.
