Abstract

Pada Penelitian ini, penulis mempelajari bahwa seiring berkembangnya zaman dan teknologi, semakin banyak pula mall yang menyediakan fasilitas food court. Cukup banyak kita temui antrian pada kasir yang panjang sehingga mengurangi kenyamanan para pelanggan serta menimbulkan kelalaian pada petugas kasir yang bertugas. Food court yang berada di mall-mall, atau food court lainnya yang tersebar di Indonesia, mayoritas sistem pembayaran yang digunakan masih kurang baik. Diantaranya ada yang masih menukar uang cash dengan kupon, atau membayarkan uang cash secara langsung di meja kasir. Lalu tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam pemesanan dan pembayaran, serta mengurangi sentuhan secara langsung pada pembayaran uang cash dan mengurangi penggunaan kertas pada kupon. Dengan metodologi diantaranya pengumpulan data (literatur), analisis kebutuhan user, analisis kebutuhan fungsional, perancangan dan pembuatan.

In this research, the authors study that as time and technology develop, more and more malls provide food court facilities. Quite a lot of us encounter a long queue at the cashier so reduce the convenience of customers and cause negligence on the cashier who on duty. Food courts located in malls, or other food courts spread across Indonesia, the majority of the payment systems used are still not good. Among them there are who still exchange cash with coupons, or pay cash directly at the cash register. Then the purpose of this research is to make it easier for customers to order and pay, as well as reduce direct contact with money payments cash and reduce paper usage on coupons. With methodologies including data collection (literature), analysis of user requirements, analysis of functional requirements, design and making.
