Abstract

Pesawat Udara Tanpa Awak (PUTA) merupakan sebuah pesawat yang dikendalikan dari jarak jauh menggunakan remote control dari luar kendaraan atau biasa dikenal dengan Remotely Piloted Vehicle (RPV). Pengawasan terhadap Pesawat Udara Tanpa Awak sangat penting karena dapat mengancam keselamatan sesama pesawat tanpa awak maupun pesawat berawak. Oleh karena itu untuk membantu Perum LPPNPI dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap lalu lintas udara serta membantu para operator PUTA dalam mengurus perizinan dan pelaporan maka pada tugas akhir ini dikembangkan sistem monitoring Pesawat Udara Tanpa Awak berbasis website dengan nama UAVITS. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan antarmuka pada tugas akhir ini yaitu User Centered Design, metode ini melibatkan pengguna di setiap proses perancangan dan pengujiannya karena tujuan dari penggunaan metode ini adalah merancang antarmuka yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa perancangan antarmuka yang dilakukan sebanyak dua kali iterasi memberikan peningkatan pengalaman pengguna. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kuisioner system usability scale dan single ease question didapatkan hasil perhitungan yang telah memenuhi batas standar batas minimum. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka pengalaman pengguna sistem UAVITS telah dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan para pengguna sebab memiliki nilai kegunaan yang baik.

Unmaned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) is an aircraft that is remotely controlled using a remote control from outside the vehicle or commonly known as a Remotely Piloted Vehicle (RPV). Monitoring of Unmanned Aircraft is very important because it can threaten the safety of fellow unmanned aircraft and manned aircraft. Therefore, to assist Perum LPPNPI in conducting surveillance of air traffic and to assist UAV operators in managing licensing and reporting, this final project developed a website-based Unmanned Aircraft monitoring system called UAVITS. The method used in developing the interface in this final project is User Centered Design, this method involves users in design and testing process because the purpose of using this method is to design interfaces that are in accordance with user needs. The results of this final project show that the interface design carried out in two iterations provides an improved user experience. In addition, based on the results of the calculation of the system usability scale questionnaire and the single ease question, the calculation results are obtained which have met the minimum standard limit. This shows that the user experience interface of the UAVITS system has been designed according to the needs of users because it has a good usability value.
