Abstract

Etnik adalah salah satu komponen unik yang dapat menjadikan sebuah objek menjadi lebih istimewa dan diminati oleh pengunjung. begitu pula dengan objek wisata seperti Hotel yang memiliki berbagai potensi menjadi sebuah icon suatu wilayah yang dapat memberikan pengalaman yang menarik bagi setiap orang yang mengunjunginya, seperti hal nya Hotel
Pusako yang berada di Kota Bukittinggi yang sebenarnya sangat berpotensi untuk menjadi icon dari etnik Sumatra barat. Fokus utama dari kajian ini adalah menciptakan suatu inovasi dan regenerasi dari desain interior dengan pendekatan yang memadukan elemen kontemporer dan etnik guna
meningkatkan minat bagi para pengunjung . dengan harapan penyesuaian ini dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan minat dan nilai dari Hotel Pusako di mata masyarakat khususnya
generasi muda millennial, tentunya hal ini sangat erat kaitan nya dengan customer experience yang dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman sensorik,afektif, serta kognitif pengunjung.
Hotel Pusako Bukittinggi merupakan hotel bintang 4 pertama di kota bukittinggi dengan
pendekatan desain yang etnik berkesan vintage dan merupakan hotel yang legendaris. Oleh karena itu hotel ini memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan , agar lebih sesuai dengan minat , estetika , dan pengalaman yang jauh lebih sesuai dengan masa kini.

Ethnicity is a unique component that can make an object more special and attractive to visitors. Likewise with tourist objects such as hotels that have various potentials to become an icon of an area that can provide an interesting experience for everyone who visits it, such as the
Pusako Hotel in Bukittinggi City which actually has the potential to become an icon of the West Sumatra ethnic group. The main focus of this study is to create an innovation and regeneration of interior design with an approach that combines contemporary and ethnic elements to increase visitor interest. in the hope that this adjustment can increase the comfort, interest and value of the Pusako Hotel in the eyes of the public, especially the young millennial generation, of course this is very closely related to the customer experience which is influenced by the sensory, affective and Mcognitive experiences of visitors. Hotel Pusako Bukittinggi is the first 4-star hotel in the city of Bukittinggi with an ethnic design approach that has a vintage impression and is a legendary hotel. The hotel therefore has the potential to be developed, to be more suited to today's interests, aesthetics and experiences.
