Abstract

Haji sebagai salah satu dari lima rukun Islam, melibatkan berbagai ritual yang dilakukan selama 40 hari. Penting bagi jamaah untuk memahami berbagai aktivitas selama ibadah Haji di Mekkah dan Madinah. Meski Haji rutin dilaksanakan setiap tahun di Indonesia, masih terdapat banyak permasalahan dalam praktiknya. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, pembuatan chatbot dapat membantu jamaah dalam mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah merancang dan membangun platform sistem percakapan dalam bentuk aplikasi chatbot "MeccaBot" untuk membantu kebutuhan jamaah Haji atau Umrah. Chatbot ini, yang menggunakan Teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan dan Pengolahan Bahasa Alami, telah diuji menggunakan BlackBox Testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) dan kuesioner. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa "MeccaBot" layak digunakan, dengan tingkat keberhasilan 386 dari 390, dan mendapat skor 75% dengan penafsiran "Baik", serta penilaian keseluruhan "Sangat Baik" dengan skor 89.16% dari responden. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa "MeccaBot" sangat layak dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dalam mencari informasi yang mendukung ibadah Haji dan Umrah.

Hajj, as one of the five pillars of Islam, involves various rituals performed over 40 days. It is important for pilgrims to understand the various activities during the Hajj pilgrimage in Mecca and Medina. Although Hajj is routinely held every year in Indonesia, there are still many problems in practice. Along with the development of technology, making chatbots can help pilgrims in getting the information they need. The goal of this project is to design and build a conversation system in the form of a chatbot application
"MeccaBot" to help the needs of Hajj or Umrah pilgrims. This chatbot, which uses Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing Technology, has been tested using
BlackBox Testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and questionnaires. The results showed that "MeccaBot" was worth using, with a success rate of 386 out of 390, and scored 75% with a "Good" interpretation, as well as an overall rating of "Very Good" with a score of 89.16% from respondents. It can be concluded that "MeccaBot" is very feasible and in accordance with the needs of users in finding information that supports Hajj and Umrah.
