Abstract

Pengembangan suatu wilayah menjadi objek wisata perlu memperhatikan beberapa faktor fisik seperti kondisi fisik lapangan. Kondisi fisik lapangan merupakan faktor yang penting dalam menentukan kesesuaian lahan pengembangan objek wisata. Pengembangan wisata memiliki berbagai tujuan, salah satunya untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisata. Sejak tahun 2020, Wisata Waduk Selorejo mengalami penurunan kunjungan wisata karena adanya pandemi covid-19. Pengembangan Wisata Waduk Selorejo didasarkan pada analisis kondisi fisik lapangan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis luas lahan, kemiringan lereng, dan ketinggian yang sesuai sebagai lokasi pengembangan wisata. Data kemiringan dan ketinggian diperoleh dari pengolahan data Digital Elevation Model Nasional (DEMNAS). Objek pengembangan wisata ditentukan berdasarkan pengamatan lapangan secara langsung, Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Malang tahun 2010, dan Peta Potensi Wisata Waduk Selorejo Tahun 2022 oleh Departemen Teknik Geomatika ITS. Ketentuan pengembangan objek wisata dengan kondisi fisik lapangan diketahui melalui overlay peta topografi dan peta rencana pengembangan objek wisata. Pengembangan objek wisata yang dilakukan menghasilkan 5 (lima) objek wisata baru berupa area outbound dengan kemiringan lereng sebesar 0%-15%, luas 600 m2, dan ketinggian 637 meter di atas permukaan laut (mdpl); bumi perkemahan pada kemiringan lereng 0%-8%, ketinggian 640,5 mdpl, dan luas 2500 m2; wisata petik buah dengan luas 5000 m2 pada ketinggian 630-633,5 mdpl dan kemiringan lereng sebesar 0%-25%; tempat pemancingan di tepi waduk dengan ketinggian 623 mdpl dan kemiringan lereng mencapai >45% dengan area memancing sepanjang ± 50 meter; serta kebun bunga dengan konsep terasering yang terletak pada lahan dengan kemiringan lereng 0% hingga >45% dan ketinggian 574 – 637 mdpl. Objek wisata yang akan dikembangkan divisualisasikan ke dalam pemodelan 3 dimensi yang dimasukkan ke dalam Peta Potensi Wisata Waduk Selorejo Tahun 2023 dengan skala 1:5.000.

The development of an area into a tourist attraction needs to consider several physical factors such as the field's physical condition. The physical condition of the area is a crucial factor in determining the suitability of land for tourism development. Tourism development has various purposes, one of which is to increase tourist visits. Since 2020, Selorejo Reservoir Tourism has experienced a decline in tourist visits due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The development of Selorejo Reservoir Tourism is based on the analysis of the field's physical conditions using a quantitative descriptive method to analyze land area, slope, and suitable altitude as the location for tourism development. Slope and altitude data are obtained from the processing of the National Digital Elevation Model (DEMNAS) data. The selection of tourism development objects is determined through direct field observations, the Malang Regency Spatial Plan (RTRW) of 2010, and the Selorejo Reservoir Tourism Potential Map of 2022 by the Department of Geomatics Engineering at ITS. The criteria for tourism object development, based on the field's physical conditions, are known through the overlay of topographic maps and tourism object development plan maps. The conducted tourism object development results in five new tourist attractions, consisting of an outbound area with a slope of 0%-15%, covering an area of 600 m2, and an altitude of 637 meters above sea level (mdpl); a campground on a 0%-8% slope with an altitude of 640.5 mdpl and an area of 2500 m2; fruit-picking tourism with an area of 5000 m2 at an altitude of 630-633.5 mdpl and a slope of 0%-25%; a fishing spot on the reservoir's edge at an altitude of 623 mdpl and a slope reaching >45% with a fishing area of approximately 50 meters; and a flower garden with terraced concept located on land with a slope ranging from 0% to >45% and an altitude of 574 - 637 mdpl. The tourism objects to be developed are visualized in a 3-dimensional model and incorporated into the Selorejo Reservoir Tourism Potential Map of 2023 at a scale of 1:5,000.
