Abstract
Gangguan sering terjadi dalam sistem produksi, seperti mesin rusak, masalah pekerjaan, dan produk yang tidak sempurna, dapat berdampak buruk pada produktivitas perusahaan. Banyak penelitian telah dilakukan mengenai pengembangan model dalam sistem produksi, kebanyakan fokus pada perusahaan besar yang memiliki sumber daya dan sistem yang canggih. Penelitian ini berfokus pada usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) yang memiliki keterbatasan. Dalam penelitian ini, sebuah model untuk memaksimalkan total keuntungan dirancang dengan tujuan meningkatkan jumlah produk yang dijual dengan mempertimbangkan perbaikan pada produk yang tidak sempurna di UKM. Perbedaan keuntungan yang signifikan terlihat antara kondisi saat ini tanpa proses perbaikan dan kondisi yang diusulkan dengan adanya proses perbaikan produk yang tidak sempurna. Penelitian ini menambahkan perbaikan produk sehingga dapat dijual seperti produk yang sempurna atau penurunan kualitas produk. UKM akan mengalami kerugian yang signifikan jika mereka menolak produk yang cacat seperti yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan besar. Dengan menggunakan model yang diusulkan, keuntungan dapat dioptimalkan dan hasil produksi dapat ditingkatkan melalui proses perbaikan produk.

Disruptions often occur in production systems, such as machine breakdowns, workforce issues, and imperfect products, which can negatively impact a company's productivity. Numerous studies have been conducted on the development of models in production systems, with the majority focusing on large companies that have abundant resources and sophisticated systems. This research focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have limitations. In this study, a model is designed to maximize total profit with the aim of increasing the quantity of products sold by considering rework products to imperfect products quality in SMEs. Significant differences in profit are observed between the current condition without any improvement process and the proposed condition with a process to improve imperfect products. This research incorporates rework products to make them marketable as perfect products or considers downgrading product quality. SMEs will experience significant losses if they reject defective products as done by large companies. By utilizing the proposed model, profits can be optimized, and production outcomes can be enhanced through the rework product process.
