Abstract

Maraknya brand-brand fashion lokal di Indonesia yang terus bermunculan menyebabkan persaingan bisnis di bidang ini semakin ketat. Banyak perusahaan berlomba-lomba memperbaiki strategi dan metodenya agar dapat terus mempertahankan bisnisnya tidak terkecuali Fashionistas. Fashionistas merupakan bisnis retail fashion yang menjual berbagai macam produk fashion wanita seperti baju, celana, kerudung, tas, dsb. Didirikan sejak tahun 2007, Fashionistas memiliki kendala terhadap pengontrolan keberhasilan strategi perusahaan yang menyebabkan Fashionistas tidak dapat melakukan pengukuran kinerja dan evaluasi perusahaanya secara tepat dan efektif. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut, Fashionistas membutuhkan suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja yang efektif dan juga efisien untuk mengukur keberhasilan perusahaannya. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang mencakup perspektif internal dan eksternal perusahaan yakni, perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta petumbuhan dan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode balanced scorecard. Pemilihan metode balanced scorecard pada penelitian ini didasarkan pada tingkat komprehensif dan juga integratif yang dimiliki metode ini dibandingkan dengan beberapa metode pengukuran kinerja lainnya yakni PRISM dan IPMS. Metode balanced scorecard digunakan dalam penentuan sasaran strategi dan KPI pada level perusahaan hingga departemen. Tahapan diawali dengan penentuan sasaran strategi dan juga KPI pada level perusahaan, kemudian dilakukan cascading sasaran strategi untuk keseluruhan departemen, yakni departemen operasional&finansial, dan departemen kreatif. Kemudian dilakukan pembobotan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menggunakan software expert choice melalui pengisian kuisioner yang dilakukan oleh CEO,CFO dan masing-masing supervisor departemen. Kemudian dilakukan perancangan KPI Properties¬ agar maksud dan tujuan KPI dapat tersampaikan dengan jelas. Tahapan terakhir yang dilakukan yaitu pelaksanaan uji coba terhadap rancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan menggukan metode Traffic Light System dan Scoring System. Hasil perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja menghasilkan 16 KPI pada level perusahaan, 11 KPI pada departemen operasional&finanasial serta 13 KPI pada departemen kreatif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat secara signifikan mendukung perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengukuran kinerja yang diperoleh akan memungkinkan evaluasi mendalam terhadap kinerja individu, membuka peluang untuk mengoptimalkan keputusan terkait remunerasi, gaji pokok, dan pengadaan pelatihan bagi karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berpotensi menjadi referensi berharga untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan serupa di berbagai bisnis lainnya.

The rise of local fashion brands in Indonesia, which continue to emerge, has resulted in increasingly fierce business competition in this field. Many companies are competing to improve their strategies and methods to maintain their businesses, and Fashionistas is no exception. Fashionistas is a fashion retail business that sells various kinds of women's fashion products, such as clothes, pants, headscarves, bags, etc. Established since 2007, Fashionistas has faced challenges in controlling the success of the company's strategy, which has resulted in an inability to accurately and effectively measure its performance and evaluate the company's progress. To address this, Fashionistas needs an effective and efficient performance measurement system. Therefore, this study designed a performance measurement system that includes internal and external company perspectives, namely financial perspectives, customer perspectives, internal business processes, as well as growth and learning perspectives using the balanced scorecard method. The choice of the balanced scorecard method was based on its comprehensive and integrative nature compared to other performance measurement methods such as PRISM and IPMS. The balanced scorecard method is used to set strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the corporate and departmental levels. The process began with setting strategic goals and KPIs at the company level, then cascading these goals to all departments, including the operational & financial department and the creative department. The weighting was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, with input from experts, including the CEO, CFO, and department supervisors, through a questionnaire. Next, the KPI properties were designed to clearly convey the aims and objectives of each KPI. The final stage involved implementing trials on the design of a performance measurement system using the Traffic Light System and Scoring System methods. The results of designing this performance measurement system led to the identification of 16 KPIs at the corporate level, 11 KPIs for the operational & financial department, and 13 KPIs for the creative department. This research is expected to significantly support companies in making decisions related to employee performance. The obtained performance measurement results enable an in-depth evaluation of individual performance, providing opportunities to optimize decisions regarding remuneration, base salary, and employee training. Additionally, this research can serve as a valuable reference for addressing similar problems in various other businesses.
