Abstract

Pupuk NPK Phonska merupakan produk pupuk formula andalan PT Petrokimia Gresik yang mana produk tersebut paling diminati oleh para konsumen. Pengendalian produk pupuk NPK Phonska sesuai batas spesifikasi sangat diperlukan, dikarenakan hal tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas dari pupuk tersebut. Apabila hasil pengukuran menunjukkan variabel yang terlalu tinggi dari batas spesifikasi, maka akan terjadi kerugian sebab terdapat pemborosan bahan baku dan biaya produksi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan tiga variabel utama dalam karakteristik pupuk NPK Phonska, yaitu: Nitrogen (N), Fosfat (P2O5), dan Kalium (K2O), dimana ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki hubungan satu sama lain serta memiliki pergeseran proses yang kecil. Oleh karena itu, digunakan diagram kendali Max-MCUSUM yang lebih sensitif dalam mendeteksi pergeseran proses yang kecil dan efektif karena memonitor rata-rata serta variabilitas secara simultan dalam satu diagram kendali. Setelah dilakukan simulasi, didapatkan interval keputusan (h) sebesar 258. Hasil dari penelitian menggunakan diagram kendali Max-MCUSUM pada pupuk NPK Phonska produksi PT Petrokimia Gresik adalah telah terkendali secara statistik, dikarenakan seluruh titik observasi (Mi) berada di bawah batas kendali atas (h), atau dapat dikatakan bahwa semua Mi memiliki nilai kurang dari h, dimana nilai Mi tertinggi yaitu sebesar 105,450. Kemudian, pada perhitungan kapabilitas proses dapat diketahui bahwa secara multivariat nilai indeks kapabilitas kinerja proses baik MCp maupun MCpk menunjukkan nilai >1. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja proses pupuk NPK Phonska produksi PT Petrokimia Gresik telah kapabel karena memiliki tingkat presisi dan akurasi yang baik.

NPK Phonska fertilizer is the flagship for formula fertilizer product of PT Petrokimia Gresik which is the most popular product for consumers. Controlling NPK Phonska fertilizer products according to specification limits is very necessary, because this is an effort to maintain and improve the quality of the fertilizer. If the measurement results show variables that are too high from the specification limit, there will be a loss because there is a waste of raw materials and production costs. In this study, three main variables are used in the characteristics of NPK Phonska fertilizer, namely: Nitrogen (N), Phosphate (P2O5), and Potassium (K2O), where the three variables have a relationship with each other and have a small process shift. Therefore, the Max-MCUSUM control chart is used which is more sensitive in detecting small process shifts and is effective because it monitors the average and variability simultaneously in one control chart. After simulation, the decision interval (h) of 258 was obtained. The results of the research using the Max-MCUSUM control chart on NPK Phonska fertilizer produced by PT Petrokimia Gresik are statistically controlled, because all observation points (Mi) are under the upper control limit (h), or it can be said that all Mi have a value less than h, where the highest Mi value is 105,450. Then, in the calculation of process capability, it can be seen that multivariate process performance capability index values of both MCp and MCpk show a value of >1. Therefore, it can be concluded that the performance of the NPK Phonska fertilizer process produced by PT Petrokimia Gresik is capable because it has a good level of precision and accuracy.
