Abstract

Pemerintah melalui Rencana Induk Perkeretaapian Nasional terus mengembangkan moda transportasi darat massal kereta api sebagai dasar dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan perkeretaapian nasional dan landasan pengembangan perkeretaapian provinsi dan kota/kabupaten saat ini dan kedepannya. Reaktivasi jalur kereta api merupakan salah satu program yang direncanakan oleh pemerintah melalui Rencana Induk Perkeretaapian Nasional 2030. Rute Jombang – Babat merupakan salah satu rute nonaktif yang masuk kedalam Rencana Induk Perkeretaapian Nasional 2030 untuk direaktivasi. Salah satu alasan yang memperkuat program reaktivasi jalur rel Jombang – Babat ialah masih kurangnya fasilitas kendaraan umum yang dapat digunakan untuk perjalanan antara Kabupaten Jombang dengan Babat.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian perencanaan reaktivasi jalur kereta api Jombang – Babat adalah pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, menentukan rute terbaik dari rute eksisting dan beberapa rute alternatif dengan menggunakan multi criteria analysis, membuat gambar rencana, dan membuat rencana anggaran biaya.
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, melalui evaluasi terhadap jalur eksisting dalam perencanaan reaktivasi jalur kereta api Jombang - Babat, ditemukan rencana alternatif trase sebagai hasilnya. Evaluasi tersebut bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan mengoptimalkan jalur kereta api tersebut. Perencanaan jalur kereta api Jombang – Babat menghasilkan trase sepanjang 68731,04 meter dengan 7 buah stasiun. Jalur yang digunakan merupakan jalur ganda (double track) dengan lebar 1067 mm dan kecepatan desain 120 km/jam. Total biaya yang didapatkan untuk merealisasikan rencana reaktivasi jalur kereta api rute Jombang – Babat adalah sebesar Rp. 2.451.316.300.000,00.

The government, through the National Railways Master Plan, continues to develop mass land transportation modes of rail as the basis for the implementation of national railway development and the basis for the development of provincial and city/regency railways at present and in the future. The reactivation of the railroad track is one of the programs planned by the government through National Railways Master Plan 2030. The Jombang - Babat route is one of the deactivated routes that is included in National Railways Master Plan 2030 to be reactivated. One of the reasons that strengthen the reactivation program for the Jombang - Babat railway is the lack of public transportation facilities that can be used to travel between Jombang and Babat Regencies. The method used in planning the reactivation of the Jombang - Babat railway is primary (reconnaissance survey) and secondary data collection, determining the best route from the existing route and several alternative routes using multi criteria analysis, creating a drawing plan, and making a budget-estimate plan. In this Final Project, through the evaluation of the existing route in the planning of the reactivation of the Jombang - Babat railway line, alternative route plans were identified as the result. The evaluation aimed to improve and optimize the railway line. Planning for the Jombang – Babat railway line resulted in a 68731,04 meter long track with 7 stations. The path used is a double track with a width of 1067 mm and a design speed of 120 km/h. The total cost obtained to realize the reactivation plan for the Jombang - Babat railroad route is Rp. 2.451.316.300.000,00.
