Abstract

Menurut Permenkes tahun 2020 No. 21 mengenai rencana startegis kesehatan tahun 2020-2024 diperlukan upaya strategis di antaranya peningkatan upaya layanan promotif dan preventif serta edukasi kepada masyarakat terkait pencegahan faktor risiko salah satunya mengenai penyakit mata tanpa mengabaikan layanan kuratif dan rehabilitatif. Upaya untuk mendukung hal tersebut diperlukan untuk melakukan rancangan fasilitas yang mendukung edukasi kesehatan mata serta rancangan interior yang memenuhi standar. National Eye Center Surabaya sebagai sarana klinis memiliki peran untuk mengupayakan hal tersebut. Sebagai Klinik Mata Utama Rawat Jalan kelas menengah atas dengan bangunan eksisting yang berpotensi, maka dilakukan rancangan fasilitas edukasi kesehatan mata. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitan ini adalah design thinking dengan tahapan understanding, emphatize, define, idiate, prototype, dan test evaluation. Tahap understanding dilakukan observasi objek dan studi literatur. Tahap emphatize dilakukan analisis objek dan wawancara pengguna. Tahap define dilakukan identifikasi masalah menggunakan dot vote dan decision matrix method. Tahap idiate dilakukan analisis data dengan value propotition kemudian brainstorming menggunakan tree method, konsep mikro dan makro. Tahap prototype dilakukan pembuatan moodboard, alternatif layout dan visualisasi desain. Tahap testing dilakukan validasi desain menggunakan kuesioner dan customer satisfaction index. Dari keseluruhan penelitian didapatkan poin rancangan fasilitas edukasi meliputi, menggunakan konsep gamifikasi, penerapan teknologi dengan interaksi fisik, dan konsep interior playful. Pada rancangan area pelayanan yang memenuhi standar didapatkan poin untuk mengoptimalisasi ergonomi, fasilitas, dan ruang. Rancangan interior dibuat nyaman untuk mata dan pasien sebagai identitas klinik mata. Konsep gamifikasi menerapkan game mechanics meliputi, rewards, rules, points, levels, challenges yang akan menciptakan pengalaman wisata ber-edukasi seperti bermain game. Area pelayanan yang nyaman untuk pasien menerapkan warna nyaman untuk mata, material kayu yang memberi kesan hangat, dan furnitur upholstered mempertimbangkan aspek ergonomi, kesehatan, keamanan dan kenyamanan pengguna.

According to the Minister of Health regulations 2021 Num. 21 regarding the strategic health plan for 2020-2024 requires efforts such as increasing promotive and preventive services and educating the public about preventing risk factors of eye disease without ignoring curative and rehabilitative services. To support this, it is necessary to design educational facilities about the importance of eye health and develop the interior design of health facilities to meet the standards. National Eye Center Surabaya as a clinical facility has a role in make this happen. As an upper-middle primary eye health clinic with an existing building that has potential to be suitable for creating educational facilities The method used by the author for this research is called design thinking. Design thingking follows stages of the method such as understanding, empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The step of understanding was done with observation in National Eye Center, and literature studies also done in this sequence. Define stage are problem identification using dot vote and decision matrix method. Ideate was one of the stages where the author analyzed data by selecting value proposition to generate ideas/brainstorming to produce tree method, micro and macro concept. After the concept was done, creating a prototype was one of the stages to visualize the design with rendered 3D Model. Then, to measure the success of the design, author done the stage of testing, which was giving quisioner feedback from the communities. From the entire research, the author was able to obtain the concept of educational facility design that is gamified with a playful design. The gamification concept of gamification applying technology through physical interaction. The clinic area is designed to meet the standard requirements of health facilities. Author obtained there are such a need to optimize: ergonomics, facility, and space. The interior design also needs to be comfortable for the eyes and patients. The gamification concept applies game mechanics including rewards, rules, points, levels, challenges which will create a fun educational experience through its gamified sequences of learning for visitors. The clinic area is designed to be comfortable colors for the eyes by using suitable colors accompanied with materials that give a warm impression, and upholstered soft furniture materials.
