Abstract
PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) merupakan salah satu subholding upstream yang bergerak dibidang eksplorasi dan eksploitasi migas di wilayah kerja Gresik, Jawa Timur. Gas Turbine Compressor (GTC) merupakan salah satu komponen kritikal yang terdapat pada fasilitas produksi PHE WMO. Gas turbine compressor berfungsi untuk memberikan tekanan pada sehingga dapat dialirkan menuju proses selanjutnya. Apabila gas turbine compressor tidak dapat bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya maka akan mengakibatkan proses produksi terganggu. Proses produksi yang terganggu akan menyebabkan terjadinya LPO sehingga menimbulkan kerugian untuk perusahaan. Salah satu kendala utama produksi migas pada tahun 2022 disebabkan banyaknya LPO yang terjadi. Pada kondisi eksisting, unplanned shutdown pada gas turbine compressor menyebabkan LPO sebesar 1.463,75 BOE pada tahun 2021 dan 1.577,55 BOE pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi risiko pada komponen sistem mesin sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi tipe tindakan dan usulan perawatan yang tepat untuk diimplementasikan dan mengetahui bagaimana kinerja dari mesin gas turbine compressor milik PHE WMO. Dengan menerapkan metode FMEA dan RCM II logic decision, hasil identifikasi yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat sejumlah 26 kegagalan fungsi dengan total 116 penyebab risiko yang kritikal pada sub-sistem unit GTC-623. Untuk maintenance task, diperoleh 49% penyebab kegagalan masuk tipe tindakan on-condition task, 24% penyebab kegagalan masuk tipe tindakan scheduled restoration, 7% penyebab kegagalan masuk tipe tindakan scheduled discard, 1% penyebab kegagalan masuk tipe tindakan failure finding, dan 44% penyebab kegagalan masuk tipe tindakan no scheduled maintenance.

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) is one of the upstream subholding engaged in oil and gas exploration and exploitation in the Gresik working area, East Java. Gas Turbine Compressor (GTC) is one of the critical components found in PHE WMO production facilities. Gas turbine compressor functions to provide pressure so that it can be flowed into the next process. If the gas turbine compressor cannot work according to its function, it will disrupt the production process. The disrupted production process will cause LPO to occur, causing losses to the company. One of the main obstacles to oil and gas production in 2022 was due to the large number of LPOs that occurred. In the existing condition, unplanned shutdown of the gas turbine compressor caused LPO of 1,463.75 BOE in 2021 and 1,577.55 BOE in 2022. This study aims to identify potential risks to engine system components so as to provide recommendations for the right type of action and maintenance proposals to be implemented and find out how the performance of PHE WMO's gas turbine compressor engine. By applying the FMEA and RCM II logic decision methods, the identification results obtained are a total of 26 malfunctions with a total of 116 critical risk causes in the GTC-623 unit sub-system. For maintenance tasks, 49% of the causes of failure are on-condition tasks, 24% of the causes of failure are scheduled restoration, 7% of the causes of failure are scheduled discard, 1% of the causes of failure are failure finding, and 44% of the causes of failure are no scheduled maintenance.
