Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan kebutuhan konsumsi produk halal yang tinggi. Penduduk muslim Indonesia berjumlah sekitar 236,5 juta diwajibkan oleh syariat Islam untuk memperhatikan kehalalan dari apa yang mereka makan dan minum. Kehalalan produk makanan dan minuman di Indonesia dapat diidentifikasi salah satunya lewat sertifikat halal yang didapat melalui proses sertifikasi halal.
Pada penerapannya proses sertifikasi halal tidak luput dari kendala khususnya bagi pelaku UMKM. Berdasarkan data dari LPPOM MUI tahun 2021, terdapat 1.292.392 produk yang beredar. Namun, hanya 44.737 yang memiliki sertifikat halal. Ketimpangan jumlah produk beredar dengan jumlah terbitan sertifkat ini disebabkan oleh sulitnya pelaku UMKM memahami tata cara dan proses sertifikasi halal.
Untuk membantu pelaku UMKM bidang makanan dan minuman dalam menyiapkan proses sertifikasi halal, dikembangkan sebuah web penilaian mandiri yang dapat mendeteksi status halal haram produk. Web dikembangkan dengan framework Laravel untuk implementasi web Server, tampilan halaman (view), serta media penyimpanan file system. Sistem manajemen basis data pada web menggunakan MySQL. Dalam memperoleh kesimpulan atau status hasil pengecekan bahan pangan, web server mengolah isian pengguna menjadi event log yang selanjutnya diproses sistem (berdasarkan HCCP). Apabila isian tidak lengkap, kesimpulan juga dapat diperoleh dengan metode prediksi dengan memanfaatkan API atau dari Process Model App yang dibangun dengan framework Flask.
Dengan dikembangkannya web ini diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat memastikan produk mereka halal dan mendeteksi bahan baku produk yang terindikasi haram sedini mungkin sekaligus menemukan penggantinya sehingga pada proses pengujian, bahan baku dapat digunakan seefisien mungkin.

Indonesia is a country with a high need for the consumption of halal products. Indonesia's Muslim population of around 236.5 million is required by Islamic law to pay attention to the halalness of what they eat and drink. The halalness of food and beverage products in Indonesia can be identified usually through the halal certificate obtained through the halal certification process.
In its implementation, the halal certification process has encountered some obstacles, especially for MSME actors. Based on LPPOM MUI data in 2021, there are 1.292.392 products in circulation. However, only 44.737 have halal certificates. The discrepancy between the number of products in circulation and the number of certificates issued is caused by the difficulty for MSME actors to understand the procedures and process of halal certification.
To assist MSME actors in the food and beverage sector in preparing for the halal certification process, a self-assessment website that can detect the halal-haram status of products is developed. The web is developed with the Laravel framework for the implementation of web server, web pages (view), and file system storage media. Database management system on the web using MySQL. In obtaining conclusions or the status of the results of checking food ingredients, the web server processes the user's form input into event logs which are then processed by the system (based on HCCP). If the form input is incomplete, conclusions can also be obtained by the prediction method by utilizing the API or from the Process Model App built with the Flask framework.
With the development of this website, it is hoped that MSME actors can ensure that their products are halal and that ingredients that are indicated as haram are detected as early as possible while also finding substitutes so that during the testing process, the ingredient can be used as efficiently as possible.
