Abstract

Meningkatnya perusahaan pelayaran di Indonesia setiap tahunnya, mengakibatkan persaingan dunia pelayaran menjadi semakin ketat. Hal ini menyebabkan perusahaan harus dapat beroperasi secara efektif dan efisien. Salah satu cara dengan memilih rute yang tepat untuk kapal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan pelayaran di Surabaya dengan tipe kapal bulk carrier. Kapal yang dimiliki perusahaan memiliki tiga rute yang berbeda dengan waktu tempuh yang berbeda dan biaya transportasi yang berbeda pada setiap perjalanan rute tersebut. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk memilih rute yang tepat yaitu menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process - Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, Risk (ANP-BCOR), metode ini digunakan karena perusahaan memiliki permasalahan multi kriteria dimana setiap kriteria yang digunakan memiliki kepentingan yang berbeda serta informasi mengenai hal pada setiap kriteria tersebut tidak diketahui secara tepat. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 5 kriteria dengan 16 sub-kriteria yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan perusahaan dalam memilih rute kapal. Terdapat tiga hasil pada penelitian ini karena menggunakan tiga rumus dalam perhitungan yang berbeda yaitu hasil dari user defined dan additive negative adalah rute Adang Bay-Cilacap memiliki nilai bobot tertinggi, sedangkan hasil dari multiplicative, rute Muara Jawa memiliki nilai bobot tertinggi. Selain itu sub-kriteria lama perjalanan, kemampuan menyelesaikan pesanan, dan tingkat pemenuhan pesanan menjadi sub-kriteria yang memiliki nilai bobot tertinggi. The increase of shipping companies in Indonesia every year, resulting in competition in the shipping world becomes tighter. This causes the company to be able to operate effectively and efficiently. One way is to choose the right route for the ship. This research was conducted on one of the shipping companies in Surabaya with a type of bulk carrier ship. The company's ships have three different routes with different travel times and different transportation costs on each trip. One method that can be used to choose the right route is using the Analytical Network Process - Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, Risk (ANP-BCOR) method. This method is used because the company has a multi-criteria problem where each criterion used has different interests and information about each criterion is not known precisely. In this study, 5 criteria were used with 16 sub-criteria that were taken into consideration by the company in choosing a ship route. There are three results in this study because it uses three formulas in different calculations, namely the results of user defined and additive negative are the Adang Bay-Cilacap route has the highest weight value, while the result of multiplicative, the Muara Java route has the highest weight value. In addition, the sub-criteria of travel length, ability to complete orders, and order fulfillment rates are the sub-criteria that have the highest weighting value. The results of this study can be used as company considerations in decision making.
