Abstract
PT XYZ merupakan sebuah perusahaan otomotif yang salah satu produknya adalah Completely Knock Down (CKD) dengan lokasi pabrik di Jakarta dan Karawang dan memiliki tujuan ekspor di antaranya Asia, Eropa, Australia, dan Amerika. PT XYZ memiliki supplier yang tersebar di beberapa kota seperti Tangerang, Bogor, Bekasi, dan Jakarta, serta Karawang dengan sistem pengiriman berupa direct shipment dan milk run shipment. Seiring dengan proyeksi peningkatan penjualan mobil secara global, produksi mobil tentunya akan meningkat yang disertai mulai gencarnya peralihan terhadap mobil listrik, hal ini tentunya meningkatkan kebutuhan terhadap komponen pembentuk mobil dan mengakibatkan ekspor produk completely knock down (CKD) yang juga diperkirakan terus meningkat hingga beberapa tahun ke depan. Selain itu, Indonesia juga sedang melakukan beberapa proyek strategis nasional yang salah satunya adalah pembangunan Pelabuhan Patimban. Hal ini tentunya akan berdampak pada keseluruhan proses logistik, khususnya pihak yang melakukan impor dan ekspor, tidak terkecuali PT XYZ. Oleh karenanya, PT XYZ perlu melakukan penyesuaian yang dalam hal ini mencari lokasi alternatif untuk men-konsolidasikan produk ekspor CKD yang memungkinkan PT XYZ untuk mengoptimalisasi proses logistiknya seiring dengan penyelarasan terhadap proyek strategis nasional yakni dibangunnya Pelabuhan Patimban. Consolidation center PT XYZ merupakan fasilitas yang menerima komponen dan part completely knock down (CKD) dari banyak supplier untuk kemudian diekspor melalui Pelabuhan. Alternatif lokasi ditentukan berdasarkan faktor volume supply dan demand, jarak, serta biaya transportasi per meter kubik per kilometer dengan menggunakan metode Center of Gravity. PT XYZ juga memiliki kandidat alternatif lokasi yang berada di Cikarang, Karawang Barat, dan Karawang Timur yang kemudian turut dipertimbangkan berdasarkan faktor biaya total atau faktor objektif serta faktor subjektif yang terdiri dari akses transportasi, regulasi industri, risiko bencana, hubungan industrial, dan dampak terhadap masyarakat di sekitar lokasi alternatif yang kemudian diukur berdasarkan model Brown-Gibson. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu rekomendasi lokasi consolidation center untuk produk ekspor CKD pada PT XYZ yaitu di Pusakanagara, Subang dengan koordinat (-6,23932434; 107,89191581) dan menghasilkan biaya transportasi sebesar Rp 113.549.275,54. Subang juga memiliki nilai location preference measurement (LPM) tertinggi dibandingkan alternatif lokasi lain sebesar 0,440675422 berdasarkan perhitungan bobot faktor objektif sebesar 0,8 dan bobot faktor subjektif sebesar 0,2. Hal ini diperkuat dengan analisis sensitivitas terhadap perubahan bobot faktor objektif dan subjektif dengan Subang tetap memiliki nilai LPM tertinggi di setiap skenario.

Along with the projected increase in global car sales, car production will certainly increase accompanied by the incessant shift to electric cars, this will certainly increase the demand for car-forming components and result in exports of completely knocked down (CKD) products which are also expected to continue to increase for several years. forward. Apart from that, Indonesia is also carrying out several national strategic projects, one of which is the construction of the Patimban Port. This of course will have an impact on the entire logistics process, especially those who carry out imports and exports, and PT XYZ is no exception. Therefore, PT XYZ needs to adjust, in this case looking for alternative locations to consolidate CKD export products which will allow PT XYZ to optimize its logistics process in line with alignment with the national strategic project, namely the construction of the Patimban Port. PT XYZ's consolidation center is a facility that receives completely knocked down (CKD) components and parts from many suppliers to then be exported through the port. Alternative locations are determined based on supply and demand volume factors, distance, and transportation costs per cubic meter per kilometer using the Center of Gravity method. PT XYZ also has alternative location candidates in Cikarang, West Karawang and East Karawang which are then also considered based on total cost factors or objective factors as well as subjective factors consisting of transportation access, industrial regulations, disaster risk, industrial relations, and the impact on communities around alternative locations which are then measured based on the Brown-Gibson model. The results of this study are recommendations for consolidation center locations for CKD export products at PT XYZ, namely Pusakanagara, Subang with coordinates (-6.23932434; 107.89191581) and generate transportation costs of IDR 113,549,275.54. Subang also has the highest location preference measurement (LPM) value compared to other alternative locations of 0.440675422 based on the calculation of an objective factor weight of 0.8 and a subjective factor weight of 0.2. This is reinforced by the sensitivity analysis of changes in objective and subjective factor weights with Subang still having the highest LPM value in each scenario.
